I started pumping with low pressure 4” to 5” HG from 5 weeks with the following routine.
Week 1 and 2:
- Warmup with warm/hot water soak for 5 minutes.
- 10 minute set
- 5 to 8 minutes jelq and massage
- 10 minute set
- 5 to 8 minutes jelq and massage
Week 3 and 4:
- Warmup with warm/hot water soak for 5 minutes.
- 15 minute set
- 5 to 8 minutes jelq and massage
- 15 minute set
- 5 to 8 minutes jelq and massage
Week 5 (Current routine):
- Warmup with warm/hot water soak for 5 minutes.
- 20 minute set
- 5 to 8 minutes jelq and massage
- 20 minute set
- 5 to 8 minutes jelq and massage
Results:
I have not measured my erect gains yet.
My flaccid hang is heavier than before. It was usually 4+ inches and now it looks a little bigger.
Improvement in length expansion in the tube is ~1 cm. I’m not sure if I can consider this as optimal expansion in 5 weeks.
I would like to hear from the experienced guys about this and my current routine.
Also I would like to know if I can finish my last 3 minutes of the last set with higher pressure like 8 to 9 HG.
Today I tried it with whopping 5mm more expansion in length and better packing girth wise and no fluid build up.
If I don’t see any negative PIs, why not incorporate it?
