Well, it is official; I frigging love pumping!
I have been consistent with it during the holidays and look forward for my daily pumping session now. I would say that I have been doing it for about two weeks now and started slow.
Yesterday I did 6 sets of 5min. The first 4 sets I kept the pressure at a little under 4HG and the last two I increased it to 5HG. Between each 5min set I wet jelq with moderate squeezing power for 20 strokes (usually 10 overhand and 10 underhand). I always warm wrap with a hot wash cloth for 5min before I start. Lately I have put on a silicone cock ring over the entire package after the routine and for about one hour or so, just to keep things a bit puffed up.
I have not measured yet but I will say this; My girlfriend has been giving my member some extra attention lately!
A couple of nights ago she asked me while I was putting on a condom; “Is that a regular condom? It looks too tight..?” , me; “no, it is one of the x-large ones.” , her; “Oh, even the x-large ones are starting to become to tight for you!?” , me; “mhm…:) ” .
Now, the only reason we have been using condom lately is because I bought some to test out condom-pumping. While at the sex-shop I managed to ask the girl at the counter if the x-large Durex condoms was bigger in girth as well as length, she said yes so I found the courage to pick up a package of those to. To my surprise they were really tight but much better then the regular condoms.
For the most part I have been pumping at a pressure of 3-4HG since I find this more pleasurable. I have never gone over the 5HG mark since all you veterans always give advice to keep the pressure low. I can definitely see that this kind of protocol/routine/method will give some gains, either in length, girth or both. I will report back once I have measured.
Finally, thanks to all of you pumping veterans for your sensible advice! You have ensured that I have only good things to say about pumping till now! I know that I am a total newbie to this, but if I get results from this I feel that pumping is a SERIOUS underrated method of PE!
