If I got it right all you’re doing for length is stretching and jelqing right?

Sorry for the lateness of reply. In my first throws of serious dedicated OR I got up to 30 minute stretching, 20 minutes helping and 30 minutes of edging. Aye carumba that’s a lot of time spent on it!

Long time not been here! 8.5 x 6.3.

10 minute atretch/ 10 minute jelq/ 20-30 minute edge. 2 on/ 1 off.

It’s about consistency. Sometimes I’ll fall off for a week but that’s all. The hard work has already been done so I’m only trying to maintain now.

The more important news is that I lost most of my belly in the last year or so. A much more beneficial effect! Your general physical health is the foundation of penile health and PE in my mind.

For me it brought my heaviest fullest erections that could be maintained for some time. Over time those became the norm.

There was a thread about ballooning on this site that put me onto this idea. Originally I stated doing it to increase stamina.
