10 Years and Counting.

From my stats page I was about 5.75” girth and 6.5” E.G.. I got to the magic 8x6 in 2011. I had a fairly involved PE regime at the time; 30 minutes of stretching, O bends, 10-20 minute jelqing followed by up to 60 minutes of edging. 2 on, 1 off. Pretty goddamned intense! Add to that the ginseng, gingko biloba, the zinc plus getting fit and blam there’s the gains.

Since then I got married and had a kid and a dog so more important things really took over than maintaining a monster penis. But on and off I have routinely up with the newbie routine by up to maybe a month or so at a time. However over the last 2 months I have been consistently doin PE. Saturday/ Sundays/ Tuesday and Thursdays before work (but after walking that pesky Dog!). Over the last few weeks I have added the supplements back in and really felt the difference. Today I upped it from 10 minutes stretching and 10 minutes jelqing to 20 for both. Big difficulty in maintaining erection during the stretching and now my penis feels very tired but very arousable which is/ was the sweet spot for me.

Again from the stats page I was 7.25x5.75 on the 7th March 2016 after a few months of my sporadic PE over the last few years. I don’t know what I am now but I plan to measure on the 3/3 to commemorate my 10 years of PE - I think I’m naturally thick and that’s great but I think the length has slipped a little. My goal for the year is to consistently PE and see how close I can get back to my maximum size. I plan to update each week.

I just read your old log like yesterday. Nice.

So you feel like in 5 years you only lost 3/4” in length and only 1/4” in girth? Interesting. Most people seem to say they lose girth easier than length.

I hope so dtWarren1942 - I think it’s more than possible to get there, but I think this time it’s going to take time, the already improved EQ is good enough reward for me, having said that I think gains are already returning.

EagerToLearn, I think that I was naturally very girthy, and improvement in EQ on returning to PE, has maximised what should be normally there.

And to Lenny, you made me laugh, only on a PE forum can a man obsessed with pulling on his penis and writing about it can you get called an inspiration. I didn’t feel that inspirational when edging to Lesbian Babysitters 11 yesterday, but hey, I’ll take it! :D

Another week of PE. Really what I have noticed is the fatness of my dear ol’ friend as a great thing, but that my fatpad seems to be hiding a lot from the base which ain’t so great.

Also when everything is super great, my penis looks like the incredible hulk after and edging session. Green? No! All veiny and bulgy and looking like it’s full of malicious intent. However, this means that everything isn’t super great yet, as I haven’t gotten to this stage yet. But I am sure I will soon. Only a week and a half until my 10 year anniversary measure. Better concentrate on those lower erection level jelqs to wring out those extra microns of length.

The Zowee family returned from their holiday so last week wasn’t as PE filled as planned. But Mrs Zowee felt the benefits so a good thing. I just have to get into it straight away when I wake up is all.

Next week I measure up. I’ll be very interested in seeing what size I am now.

Length. Looks like I have to find the missing 3/4 inches. I guess I have a project for 2018.

I think to concentrate on stretching and lower erection jelqing for the next month or so.

Back again. Measured up and need to really commit. A month of 2 on/ 1 off and things are looking much better. I was on 10 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes of jelqing. I have ramped up to 20 minutes of stretching now and my penis is responding well.

Also I feel super horny after restarting or in earnest. I guess the update is so long after the last post is because lack of routine left to me falling by the wayside.

Since my last post I have gone for a 3 on 1 off approach with 20 minutes stretching and 10 jelqing.

I need to measure but erection quality is through the roof.

Sorry to come back so late to you!

I may not be so diligent visiting the best PE forum in the world but I have been with my PE!

Up to 30 minutes stretching now (1 minute each way for up, down, left, right and straight out and then repeat the cycle) followed by 10 minutes of varying erection levels of jelqing with a level before each jelq. I do for 3 days with the 3rd day having a few O bends between stretching and jelqing. 1 day off and repeat.

I have not measured but I am more veiny, a lot harder during erection and look longer and feel thicker.

If I added some lengthy edging then I would be doing what I did back in the day. Alas, I just don’t have the time. I have a thought to measure on the last day of June and then on the last day of the month thereafter.

Up to 7.5 inches in length! 30 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing. 3 days on, 1 day off. Have had some lengthy edging sessions too.

Have restated taking gingko biloba and ginseng in the last few weeks and feel as horny as hell. Erection quality is getting to a completely new level.

Going to be concentrating on length. Gotta get back to 8!
