1in x .1 length dilated capillary

Hi everyone, I’ve been doing PE for about 6 months. I’ve stuck to a very light routine that is essentially the Newbie one. I noticed something off that wasn’t there before the other day. On the left upper side of my shaft, I have a dilated capillary. It’s not burst, there are no dots, just a thin red line. I’m not sure what I should do in this spot. I’ve already rested for a week. Please! Any advice from some one who has dealt with this would be much appreciated. My understanding is that these dilated capillaries are no longer Physiologically functional. If that’s the case, should I just continue as normal until it breaks or goes away? It hasn’t gone away in a week as I’ve already mentioned. Thank you in advance. Lastly, there is no pain. Is it visible when not pe’ing?

I get them too but they usually appear during girth work then aren’t really visible other times.

Always safest to take a break if unsure is my advice.

Yes, it is visible when flaccid and not PE’ing. It’s a solitary capillary. I don’t have any other ones.

Any one else come across this issue? If so, what was the best course of action? My concern is that the capillary will remain dilated. If that’s the case, whats the best course of action?

Have you tried searching the word capillary here? That’s where I would start.

Sounds like you pushed the capillary near it’s limit maybe, and you need to let it heal.

There are some vascodialating oils that will likely help you heal quickly. The main oil being rosemary oil with an olive oil base. Type in erosets essential oils here and it goes into great detail about many PE’rs using it to heal thrombosis among other things.

It’s normal and it’s not a capillary.

Either an arteriole or a vienuole. They’re bigger. And it’s normal.
