Yesterday I was re-reading a lot of the threads on this approach and I figured I might need to up the incremental loading just a tad, so I threw in one more weight increase during the heated phase.
I’m also considering dropping the initial 10 minutes cold as the heat pad takes roughly 10 minutes to get into the “heated” range. So I might try just starting out with the heat pad on and bumping weight at 10 minutes.
I’m noticing my pre stretch is increasing but my post stretch has remained static. Hopefully that changes soon.
I put a pulley system up under my desk yesterday and sat slightly reclined in my office chair. This made the sitting much more comfortable (not on the edge of my chair) and the angle ended up being about halfway between SD and SO. It also made adding the heating pad and ace bandage thermal wrap much easier.
I’m really enjoying this process which I think is one of they key silver bullets to this approach. It’s pretty easy and comfortable, just download a mobile game or listen to a podcast and your 60-90 minutes flys by.
