Damn love to hear this.
I’m using the total man vac extender as I have unlimited time on my hands (working from home alone) but considering fashioning up a little hanging system to the vac part.

Recommend this at all?

Hi great story. Lucky wife, lucky you. Would you mind telling me what make your electric pump is. I have a manual one which I used at present. It’s 7” long and I normally fill it. Cheers

I don’t know, I got it from “the enhanced male” website, but there aren’t any like brand markings on it.

This was a motivating read!

I’m in my late 20s and I’ve only been into PE for about a few weeks and I religiously wear an extender for 6-9 hrs per day plus 20 mins of Jelq per day and seen some girth gains but not length..

Your post has definitely motivated me to get into pumping but I will only do this at the 6 month mark.

Hi V,

Interesting read you posted. We share a similar timeline in our experience with PE. Also the TRT therapy. I’m at almost 90 days into this treatment.

I’ve been having the same “awakening” with my wife as well. My routine is different than yours but I’m seeing gains slowly. The main thing I responded to in your story is the confidence growth in seeing the effects of PE outside of a journal on the internet. It’s so satisfying for me, and I’m happy for you also.

PE works! And thanks for sharing your story. It’s the kind of thing men need to discuss more.

Yesterday I was re-reading a lot of the threads on this approach and I figured I might need to up the incremental loading just a tad, so I threw in one more weight increase during the heated phase.

I’m also considering dropping the initial 10 minutes cold as the heat pad takes roughly 10 minutes to get into the “heated” range. So I might try just starting out with the heat pad on and bumping weight at 10 minutes.

I’m noticing my pre stretch is increasing but my post stretch has remained static. Hopefully that changes soon.

I put a pulley system up under my desk yesterday and sat slightly reclined in my office chair. This made the sitting much more comfortable (not on the edge of my chair) and the angle ended up being about halfway between SD and SO. It also made adding the heating pad and ace bandage thermal wrap much easier.

I’m really enjoying this process which I think is one of they key silver bullets to this approach. It’s pretty easy and comfortable, just download a mobile game or listen to a podcast and your 60-90 minutes flys by.

A very motivating topic. Thank you. You’re a role model for a lot of young guys. What is TRT therapy?

Testosterone replacement therapy.

Ok so a few observations. My pre stretch is increasing, however, post has been static and even dropped a mm today. This is resulting in my strain going down. I’m going to ride this week out and see if two rest days gives me a reset next week. Otherwise I may need to increase the starting weight by 1/2 lb. I really don’t want to be increasing weight this early, so I’ll probably go the full two weeks even if my strain number stays pretty low. I hope to see the post stretch number increase here eventually.

A lot more to learn as I go here. If anyone experienced in this protocol has any advice I’m all ears.

Can you elaborate on how to set up a pulley system at home. For suspension.

I just bought the one total man site sells. Has everything you need just screw it under a desk. I have a standing desk which lowers and raises so it’s kinda nice I can play with the angle a little bit.

I added back in the first 10 minutes without the heating pad. I also recorded the first jump in post flaccid stretch since starting. Tomorrow will be my last day for my first week and I’m happy with both the process and extremely small results right now. I look forward to my mornings more than ever now. I have the house to myself, grab my coffee, do my PE while catching up on some podcasts I like. Great way to jumpstart my day.

Have you tried clamping yet? I been doing it using my best judgment(so not to hurt myself) and it’s given me some solid girth gains in the past two months.
