I wanted to share my recent success to maybe give others some hope. I’ll also share as much detail about my experience in case there is a wrinkle that might help someone else.

Back in my 20’s I joined this site and tried a bunch of manual exercises like jelquing and manual stretches. It was a long time ago, and I can’t give a lot of detail other than that but to say I either didn’t stick with it long enough or the routine(s) I tried were just not right for me, or maybe a bunch of other things weren’t right.

How did I get back here at 42 years old? Well in March I went on TRT. I have three kids and in the past 8-10 years, sex has been a special occasion. And while it’s always pretty “good” it’s nothing great. Also, going way back to when my wife and I were highly sexually active, I’m pretty sure I never made her orgasm just from vaginal intercourse, I know this because I use to make her orgasm a lot with deep fingering and rubbing on her g spot.

Well after a few weeks of TRT, I started waking up with huge morning erections. I mean skin bursting rock hard can’t move because it feels too good erections. So of course, my interest in sex became much higher and through good open communication, we agreed on a much more aggressive sex schedule. Now the only problem I was having was I felt bad, I felt like this was now kind of a chore for her (she acted like it was a chore, so I’m not off base here) and eventually I realized she wasn’t getting much pleasure out of it.

I decided I was going to check back into penis enlargement. I’m much more mature and dedicated at 42 than I was at 25, and I’ve done some things in the past 10 years that take a fair amount of planning and dedication. Thinks like working out and eating right, building my body from about 180lbs back in my 20’s to 215 now at under 20% bf. And yes the TRT has helped that along as well.

This time, with a lot more financial resources at my disposal, I decided I was going to try pumping in addition to manual work. I bought an electric vacuum pump a little over two months ago and started off pretty light and easy. It’s one of the pumps with 4 settings, 2.5,5,7.5 and 10 are the levels. It’s an 8” tube and it’s probably 2.5 inches wide. It’s way too wide for me to pack. But it’s got a silicone sleeve on the bottom and it actually works quite well.

I vaguely remember measuring my dock a long time ago and think it’s just about 6” long. And it was probably just under that but I rounded up or something. The first time in my tube, the little ruler on the side showed I was just a hair past the 6” line, and I just did a little while at 2.5 then about a minute at 5. I only got to the 6 inch line at 5, not at 2.5. I’m really not overly concerned with my actual size, my only goal doing this is to give my wife pleasure.

So fast forward about a month, I’m reading a lot and working my way up. I started adding heat by way of a heat lamp, and also testing the higher pressure settings for short durations. The first time I went to 7.5, I got the tiny red spots, however, they went away in less than a day so they didn’t really concern me. The first time I went to 10, I did get a tiny bruise and that took 2 days to heal. I waited another week to go back up to 10 but that time it was fine and I only did like 30 seconds at that level.

Now this is kind of important. This whole time, my wife was having some medical issues and I was not even going to attempt any sexual advances. So I think maybe we had sex within the first week of me pumping, but not right after a session or anything. So within the last week, maybe week and a half, I am just past the 7” line in the tube and I’m doing the pulse method under heat as well as cold. I’ll start at 5, hold 30 seconds, jump to 7.5, hold 30 seconds, then to 10, hold 30 seconds and then pressure release back to 5. I do this for 10 minutes, sometimes I’ll add a second session if there is no edema, if I’m feeling a little puffy I’ll just do the one session.

Also in the last week, I have had sex with my wife twice and she has had intense orgasms both times. Once it was just one time, but last time she had and orgasm while riding me, then asked me to take her from behind. When she was close to climax the second time, she yelled out “your cock is so huge inside me” I shit you not, which basically immediately made me climax and she did at the same time. It was basically the greatest thing ever. I don’t have girth measurements or anything, but it definitely feels thicker in my hand. A few other things I’d like to add to this novel, through my muscle building journey I learned how to eat and sleep for growth. I eat high protein, at least 200 grams per day, and moderate fat, with lower but not low cabs. Protein is a terrible energy source, but it’s a major building block as well as biological signaling mechanism. Look up how protein synthesis is effected by leucine consumption. Fat is an energy source, but also a very important cellular building block as well as a hormone modulator. Every cell membrane in your body is comprised of lipids, aka fat.

Another thing I’m going to add is a major PE workout towards the end of a 24-48 hour fast. I do these once per quarter for health and cancer prevention. Growth hormone skyrockets after 24 hours of fasting, so I’m hoping I can focus its effect to a “stressed” area by putting in a pretty rigorous session or multiple sessions during my fast. Just a theory, but I think it’s pretty sound.

Good luck everyone. I wish I started pumping when I was in my 20’s because it’s absolutely working for me. As far as manuals, I’m doing very little of them. I might do a quick set of jelqs or BTC stretches in the shower, but nothing consistent. Pumping I’m doing either once per day, or twice per day, as timing and privacy allow. My most consistent time is waking up with killer morning wood at 5 am when the whole house is sleeping and shoving him in the pump. I can stay very erect for the whole pumping session with no porn this way. (I’m also trying very hard to eliminate porn) and have been doing good with just a few slip up’s in the past two months. I’m sure I missed some details but this post is already way too long. If anyone has any questions just let me know and I’ll try to give more detail.

Just reading through this and wanted to add, I’m just past the 7” line only when I’m using heat. If I’m cold it’s one tenth short of 7”. There are ten lines between the 6” and 7” on the scale and I come up to the last line before the 7” line. I’m doing both heated and cold sessions because I think there is value in expanding as far as possible, kind of like getting a pump at the gym. I also like to do cold sessions because I think switching it up keeps the tissue from adapting to one exact set of stressors.

Just putting a date stamp in here, I looked back and my order showed delivered on sept 12/2021 so I’m sure that night was my first session.

For the forums sake, I will attempt to get some measurements, though I won’t have starting measurements now.

I tried to do some measurements last night before my pumping session. MSEG was 5 1/2” and BPEL is somewhere between 6 1/4” and 6 1/2”. I only had a soft tailors tape, great for the girth measurement, not really great for the length. Also, was probably only 90% hard and it kept going down quickly. Need to do again on morning wood, which tends to be my hardest outside of sex and doesn’t go away for a while.

I guess after reading a ton on here in the last few weeks, 7 1/2” length by 6” girth would be my goal. Seems doable.

Another new first in the bedroom. Since my last report, sex has become more and more frequent, and my wife is initiating most of the time now. Thought I would throw a quick update in. After some early success with the pump, I haven’t seen any new gains in a couple months. Also I began having some skin issues, like the top of my shaft started getting very purple and tender after a session and it would last for 24-48 hours.

A while back I made a homemade compression hanger and could hang around 5 lbs but anything higher id get too much slippage. I also didn’t like the wrap process or the 20/10 time restrictions.

I ordered a total man vac hanger and it came in last week. I have been messing with it just with pretty low weight to get the comfort and fit right, and also start to condition for a good program.

My goal is 1 to 1.5 inches in length growth, and only about .5 inches in girth, so I’m thinking I’ll use the system like kyrpa and others have come up with. This should get me to my goal in about a year and I can assess my girth then.

The program will roughly be this. 90 minute vac hanging, starting off with x weight for 10 min. Add a certain amount of weight and heat via a thermedic heating pad for 60 minutes. Then add another increment of weight and remove heat for 20 minutes.

I’ll do that for 6 weeks, 6 days on 1 off and then take a 4 week break. Rinse and repeat. I still might use the pump 2x per week during the decon weeks. Ill probably leave it out the first cycle and then add it the second cycle to see if it impacts the rest period positively or negatively. I’m thinking just getting the increased blood flow might be good.

I’m going to be keeping the weight as low as possible and I still need to figure out some of the math. Right now I’m doing the 90 minute sessions and adding 1/2 lb per session starting at 2.5 lbs / 3 lbs / 3.5 lbs. I’ve completed my third this morning so I did 3.5 lbs / 4 lbs / 4.5 lbs. I’m doing BTC and it’s been extremely comfortable each session so far. I have not felt much in the way of fatigue, but I may be a lb or two away from my true working sets. Tomorrow I’m going to do the measure before and after thing to try to figure out my strain %. I might be fine where I am right now and I definitely don’t want to overdo it.

A couple observations on the total man hanger. It’s very good, I use the micro pore tape just like he shows in the video, but when removing, don’t mess around with the oil like he does. I did that twice and it took like 20-30 minutes and was not pain free. I now use just warm water and it slides off in less than a minute completely no pain or pulling or glue residue.

I’m not going to post updates as frequently as some using this method, but I will post an update after every cycle.

So.. You basically are pumping and getting temp gains from the pump then boinking your wife? I would be worried about that because those temp gains may not last and then she’s left with a new expectation of what your dick can do

I mean possibly, but I’m putting the pump aside for the time being to focus on length with a vac hanger. I think once I get to my desired length, I’ll always use a pump at least a couple times per week, it gives me a little extra thickness and great EQ. It’s kinda like saying, oh your muscles are only big because you work out, if you stopped working out your muscles would shrink.

I would continue the pump straight through but I feel like my skin needs a break or something. Plus I don’t want to overwork any of the internals and I want to see how much length this method will achieve on its own. I’m 42 and having the best sex of my life, so I’m not in a huge hurry. Anything I gain is just icing on the cake at this point.
