I’ll leave this gem in here for anyone following and reading this much. Apparently my wife is a secret size queen, last night we broke out a new toy I bought her. It’s a new silicone dildo, 8.75 insertable and starts at 6” circumference and progresses to 7.75” at the base. Not only did she take it all, she also came a bunch of times on it and really liked it. So the last two sessions are concerning because I’m going backwards. Honestly I was surprised to measure 17.9 pre this Monday because that was almost a full cm since the previous Monday pre. Not sure if I just measured wrong that day or if there are other complexities to this. I didn’t assume clean linear growth. I also don’t think I was prepared to have numbers go backwards quite so much.

I’m sticking with my exact routine for the rest of the week and I’ll measure my pre at the start of next week and decide if I’m going to go up 1/2lb. I was planning on increasing after every 3 weeks hanging not after every 2 but we will see how the rest of this week goes.

Measurements can be different from day to day IMO. I think if we see gains in the long term and don’t care so much if one day is bad and one day is surprisingly good.

One small change today and things moving back in the right direction. I added a full lb on my “cooldown” to get closer to that 20-25% increase.

One other thing that may have played a role, the past few days I have been on the road during the day for work, I ate very little and what I did eat wasn’t very good or high in protein. Yesterday I was back at home and had a pretty good day of eating both volume wise and total number of high protein meals. To understand why this may be impactful I suggest you read up on the effect of the amino acid leucine and growth signaling in the body.

I think it is like most things PE- there are no absolutes. I pump. I gained length by pumping. I pump and fuck.
