failed no drinking- going to try again- trying for 7 days starting monday.

also I think I only got 2 workouts in last week due to injury. not pleased.

going to take it slowly and keep this workout best I can:

AM:
10 min stealth, heating while hanging with the cock coil - some manual stretching after
15 minutes of the twisting, rolling and rubbing of the penile lig with screw driver before
125 or so “perfect” jelqs
15 minutes edging & 5 balloons (like a horse 440 squeeze- i think)
clean with warm wash cloth (reheats)
hanging about 10-15 lbs for 2 sets of 15- heated

PM:
10 min stealth, heating while hanging with the cock coil
20-30 minutes of manual stretching in all directions.

seems to be effective but I need to work up to it some more-

2/2 days on so far since back and feeling better.
did a cheat measure- slightly longer FSL

this new ache has been coming since I began 3 new workouts:

1) jelq
2)edging
3)the stroking of my penile lig with a thin steal rod

my theory is that this ache is coming from the rod.

I believe stroking it in this manner is weakening it and when hanging it is causing more stretching.

I did read that somewhere that someone had a similar issue when they were edging. So I will not rule that out.

3/3 on workouts this week- def feel like I can step up intensity next week. than a full measure- excited.

I am still dating this girl that I met a while back- Its been about 6 months, I expect her to get a little weird on the 7 month. It always happens.

I work out so hard sometimes that my dick retracts - i alwasy guessed to protect it but also because of hydration… like the elasticity is not there any more :(

so I prefer to P.E. prior and than a little after to get the length back.

I had an injury that put me back 6 months

I took about 6 more months to work up the time and courage to start again.

Basically when I was doing edging I edged WAYYYY too hard and thought I popped my heart or something like that in my chest cavity popped…

SUPER scary - for many months I thought I was going to die as I had shooting pains into my fingers on both hands.

Although I could run for super long distance still and no other symptoms of heart damage was there- i was psyched out.

I was told by a healthcare practitioner that it was nerve damage and soon after that the psychological aspect went away and now I feel back to normal.

Anyways - lost all my gains from the stress etc.

Noticed I was no longer bottoming out in my girl.

got back to hanging and now bottom out again.

anyone who says hanging doesnt work is wrong.

I am also jelqing and keggeling.

My goal is now to do this more balanced and slowly for a long long time instead of forcing gains.

I hang for like 1 hour total 30 minutes am 30 minutes pm , 60 jelqs and 60 keggals as many days per week as I can.

I stopped again for about 2 months and started back up about 2 months ago.

This has been the best success I have had my entire PE career. Very encouraging.

Not sure if its the break, the low stress (relative), or the extra weight on the bib but:

Not forcing or pushing ANYTHING

I did add 2lbs to the bib hanging. not sure the weight honestly. probably around 15 lbs.

Jelqing and not sure what you call it but getting erect, using a clamp like device then squeezing the head and forcing blood in all directions.

The results have been excellent. I will report back measurements in a few months when I feel like I have plateaued.

I’ve been back at it now for about 3 months now! Basically just doing 1 hour of hanging broken into 2 15 minute hangs… after those 2 hangs I do 150 jelqs. just picked up some cable clamps to start incorporating and grabbing more girth.

I do not personally like the clamps right now.. I use a cloth as instructed but feel like, when the cloth is tight, the cloth is better at restricting and more comfortable all at the same time than the clamp.

One thing I want to say for sure… the pumps after jelqing are amazing…. takes me up to 5.75 girth at my largest and 5.5 at my smallest from 5.5 & 5.25…..

just have to say the girlfriend loves the extra .25 in girth. So if I were you guys…. I would do a jelq / girth session before sex.

I also explained to my girlfriend that I am doing these things. Not exactly what I am doing just that I am doing them for personal reasons and she fully supports me. Is a huge help when she is over to get the 45 minutes to exercise without having to explain myself and than go smash!! haha.

I have decided on a few things…

1) I will only post measurements or in general quarterly to yearly.

2) I enjoy the process of doing this so I plan to do this for life - not force gains just push myself to do as much as I can smartly do based upon the guidance and information found here.

I have come to these conclusions because:

Based on my progress, many years of work will be required.

Ultimately my goal is remains 8x6.

I think length will be the limiting factor.

@ 8.5 bpfsl I am happy with that

girth is around 5 5/8

will report back in June.

been going pretty steady since September… not pushing it but not much breaks. no dramatic results as usual but def makes a difference.
