failed no drinking- going to try again- trying for 7 days starting monday.
also I think I only got 2 workouts in last week due to injury. not pleased.
going to take it slowly and keep this workout best I can:
AM:
10 min stealth, heating while hanging with the cock coil - some manual stretching after
15 minutes of the twisting, rolling and rubbing of the penile lig with screw driver before
125 or so “perfect” jelqs
15 minutes edging & 5 balloons (like a horse 440 squeeze- i think)
clean with warm wash cloth (reheats)
hanging about 10-15 lbs for 2 sets of 15- heated
PM:
10 min stealth, heating while hanging with the cock coil
20-30 minutes of manual stretching in all directions.
seems to be effective but I need to work up to it some more-
