Checking back in… took about a week off after the last post and have since been at it harder than ever. more manuals too
measure still stands around 7.5 slightly under… changed to a measuring tape from a tailor tape - tailor tape was off by 1-2mm in my favor.
using a string that I wedge into the side of my hat and hangs directly where my vision is…I now know my eyes are directly over the tip of my penis. This helps make sure the measurement is accurate.
I use that roll of string to attach to the PF now that the clip has broken on the belt and the amount of force used mandates the string.. but the string weakens over time and has ripped even more when when twisted so I have been twisting my penis during hanging. Also trying to degrade the strength of the area I have begun massaging the are pretty rough… light to start with increasing intensity…. the weaker it is the the more likely it is to stretch is what I am thinking… same logic behind heat which is I still use.
Also trying to guage how long it will take me to get to 8”…..
Vets question:
I started with JP 90 for 3 months than heavy jelqing for 3 months……. which helped me gain about .5 inches in EL ( I do not have accurate FSL) … Did I slowly lose that .5 inches of EL when I stopped jelqing and gained a different type of length when started the stretching, PF and hanging???? I am leaning towards yes which could be a reason why my progress seemed to stall when I stopped jelqing at about 300hrs in the PF.
That being said I only have been hanging and stretching for length for 6 months. Hope to gain another .75 in FSL in 6 more months would be fantastic. I wont stop till I hit 8 inches… but at my current pace….2 more years of no girth work would totally suck and that is if gains do not slow… if they slow I could be stretching longer…
I am confident that if I keep my current pace of increased force that I will soon see more gains. I am actually surprised given how hard I have worked in the last 2 weeks that there is nothing.
