Started stretching against the hardest ligament last couple days

For the first time in my P.E. career I feel like I am getting somewhere. I referenced this previously: I think I am close to making good gains, quickly. I read about this a while ago that mysteriously people just start gaining- like a growth spurt. I feel like I am on that now… it is just a matter of continuing putting the time in. I do not want to speak to soon but I think I have grown again. I will measure in 1 week.

today, a combination of: Thunders Place, heated warmup, constant heat, experience, time, conditioning, patients and determination have gotten me here….

My days consist of starting in a cock coil and heat for 10 -15 minutes

Next I hang for two sets of 15-20 minutes with about 10-15lbs.

I sometimes do yoga type stretches with my PE stretches.

I stretch and use coil throughout the day when I can. In the evenings I hang about 10-15lbs for another few sets of 15-20 minutes.

standing 7 3/8
seated 7 5/8

pretty sure the difference comes from fat pad is more recessed when seated, perhaps its the angle. either way they are usually about 1/4 inch apart. I will be happy when my standing makes it to my current seated which will put my seated at 7 7/8 at that point I will begin jelqing again. Cant wait.

Ok, so this is going to be a bit of an about face here but after re reading xeno’s first few progress logs… I am going to give up the hanging regiment. I will use the hanging and cock coil as supplements to manuals and jelqing.

The reason is that I can not get comfortable hanging and it is torture to my glans- I am going to begin jelqing and such now… If I do it right, I think I can make it to 8 x 6 regardless. I will measure Erect Length today and base all new measurements off of EL & EG

7 to 7 1/8 inches … girth is roughly 5.5 (after a night of heavy drinking)

15 minute warm up with stealth/ cock coil/ heatpad/ manuals

50 jelqs at 30-50% over, under and v jelqs

13 minute hang with about 12lbs

rest, rest- 4/22 & 4/23 rest

fulcrum tunica crushing is a technique I saw a very long long time ago. I mentioned it way earlier in this thread or another thread.

basically when I was young I watched this real sex hbo special or something national geographic like that where the host went out into africa and met a tribesman. they featured all different types of stuff but penis growth was a big part of it. As a young guy this was mind blowing to me. as you can imagine, never forgot it either. to see this tribe guy use a stick as a fulcrum and bend his dick all different ways around the fulcrum twisting lengthening like a yoyo sometimes and like also twisting it around and around this raw stick fulcrum. NEVER reallly put two and two together until recently I am seeing more and more evidence of a need to weaken the tunica to produce gains. Similar to the tiger trap that Xeno uses.

So I am now going to see if I can slowly crush my tunica like this tribesman was doing and weaken it to help trick some gains out.

I simply took a screwdriver out and lubeds up my shaft and began stroking the shaft, twisting the shaft around the screw driver than rolling it out.

took a couple days off. back at it.

increased hanging weight by a couple lbs, also jelqing, edging and using that screwdriver.

Here is the routine:

10 min stealth, heating while hanging with the cock coil
2-3 minutes of the twisting, rolling and rubbing of the lig with screw driver before
25 or so “perfect” jelqs
2-3 near climaxes for edging.
clean with warm wash cloth (reheats)
20 minutes hang with about 15 lbs

WOW- did this combination cause a SERIOUS stretching sensation. highly recommend.

will look to do this 2 x a day for 3 more routines over the next week and increase intensity next week. Will shoot for 3 weeks and measure.

3 sets down so 2 full day routines meaning 2 days where I do all 4 set and after I will look to increase intensity. Yesterday I only got one set in, today I got 3 of them. I want to do all 4 in one day.

drank a beer at dinner and did not like the workout I had afterwards.
actually have been drinking last few days in row. heavy for thurs, fri & sat light sunday 1 beer monday. no drinking tomorrow either.
had to drop the weight on second hang due to discomfort. Not sure how much I will be able to add to the weights yet. One thing I admire of the other hangers out there that can get 10hrs a week in…I still struggle with that number at any substantial weight.
jelqs were crappy- think it was the beer or overall dehydration.

Since my last post I did 2 sets on one day and the next day was 100 jelqs I am going to start doing all work together and not going back and forth meaning:

10 min stealth, heating while hanging with the cock coil

100 or so “perfect” jelqs
10-15 minutes near climaxes for edging.
clean with warm wash cloth (reheats)
followed by hanging about 15 lbs for 4 15-20 minute sets

I simply cant seem to get all the work in at once. YET.

One thing I have noticed from reading blogs like Xeno is the pain threshold is HIGH.
mine is LOW

even after 1-2 years I am a punk.

yesterday I got in about 50 minutes of hanging

today I almost have the entire routine done. not in one sitting tho- its too much on the skin.

week 2, new routine:

AM:
10 min stealth, heating while hanging with the cock coil - some manual stretching after
15 minutes of the twisting, rolling and rubbing of the penile lig with screw driver before
125 or so “perfect” jelqs
15 minutes edging & 5 balloons (like a horse 440 squeeze- i think)
clean with warm wash cloth (reheats)
hanging about 15 lbs for 2 sets of 15- heated

PM:
10 min stealth, heating while hanging with the cock coil
40 minutes of manual stretching in all directions.

Goal is 5 days on 2 days off - no drinking, 5 regular physical workouts.

will increase load for 2 more weeks and publish a measurement.

2 for 2 so far this week. came while edging today - a little light on manuals- I think 40 minutes is too much to start with anyway. I will do 30 mins of manuals per work out- 40-50 minutes per day. You can get quite the tug by using your leg, arm or fist as fulcrum. Also, with this workout and reading other members, I think I am starting to understand IPR. Time will tell with results - meantime my flaccid hang is getting better.

had to take the last two days off. have a sort of sharp dull pain while doing manuals. think i am making progress.
