I worked up to 5.5lbs this a.m. and hit 6&3/4 nbpel with shit eq. and jerked off

I did 6lbs for barely 15 minutes… anyway got a super erection for some reason (specific reason but personal so will not share) and wanted to release again (ate tuna and had a few prunes in between the hangs) came in just under 7” @ EQ of 10. Edging cause the eq of 10 and helped a whole heck of a lot.

I believe the chafing is coming from my masturbating without lube- previously I would usually masturbate after edging (too close to edge) and this would be with lube…

I have been keeping up with doing regular keggals whenever I can remember especially reverse kegals to be able to force blood into the penis with greater force … this helps you literally push your penis to be bigger via eq. stronger your reverse stronger you can push more blood— more blood larger penis.

I am taking a break and will resume back to full throttle tomorrow…

weight is up to 8-9lbs hanging for 10-15 minutes at a time- most of the time logged has been hanging… I will need to make or buy a device to add more weight. I am going to start going back to wearing the ads more often and racking up hours again- I think the combo of hanging heavy and all day stretching will be fun now that I can handle it.

I have been hammering the manuals cause I feel like I never really gave that a valid effort. I am thinking I really need to just keep increasing overall intesity

wow this added weight up to 10lbs + full tension for hours is really causing soreness… only when I manual stretch do I feel it but boy is it noticeable.

feels great- really hoping this push can help me to officially eclipse that 7 mark.

Ok so I couldnt rack the hours cause I couldnt handle it. Needed a day off.

10+lbs and hours is where it is at tho.

here is what I have been trying to do:

1 hr to the left
15 minute 11lbs hang
1 hr to the right
15 minutes 11lbs hang
2 hrs left
15 mins hang 11lbs
2 hrs right
15 minutes hang 11lbs

My head just couldnt handle all the pressure. it turned red at the tip but now is better. Even tho I only hang 8lbs from hanger and 3-4 lbs from a belt attached to mid shaft … the hours at high tension soften the head and then when I went to go with a heavy weight- after the 1st two hour run i kind of turttle link an injury( I also worked out REALLY hard at the gym)

in other news I am now close to 7 3/8 if not all the way there in seated and 7 1/4 standing. very excited to finally see this. I have been yanking and tugging and everything you could imagine with increasing efforts to finally see it pay off… YAY

6 & 3/4 was Erect length 7 3/8 is flaccid stretched I am around 6 & 7/8 Erect Length from 6 & 3/4 last I checked- I have see 7 inches+ but it is with 100% erection right near climax

I want you to have hope and your probably not old at all. How old are you?

I have been P-E ing since November. I am now 8 months in and have gained from a very depressed 6 & 1/4 to nearly 7 inches- Let me be clear why I say depressed..- I had previously measured pre-pe of 6 & 1/2 and was as big as 6&3/4 with rudimentary 3 month jelqing routines. This is now 8 months of work. I have switched to mainly stretching exercises too.

If you are a newbie I suggest you start with the newbie routines and start to condition your penis. With a shift of your diet, some exercise - jelqing and some supplements -you will also feel young again too- try to view feeling young as a relative thing. I hang out with young 20 something year olds all the time.

Dont over complicate things, learn how to do the jelqs, stretches and experiment with exercises properly. Make it a lifestyle you can live with for a few years. Find what works for you get in the groove. Increase intensity when you feel you can.

A man’s only as old as the woman he feels :) No, being serious, am 42 and the ‘old’ was poor attempt at humour. I’m not worried about my age too much.

I’m in a similar position with regards to size & girth, similar age group of female company, and yeah, I’ve started with the Newbie Routine, overdid it a little bit, will re-start again next week. Getting to 7” will be nice, not aiming for far more to be honest but if it’d end at 8” hey I’d not exactly complain, either.

I met a girl she is def taking my time away from doing pe. kind of want to tell her but too soon…been tough to get the hours in tho :( measure day- no real change- smaller if anything. back to 7.25 heavy- hard to say for sure tho as I feel off today.
