A Deeply Disappointing Outcome

I appreciate the sentiment, but I’m not entirely sure if I should take this as motivational or exactly the opposite of that. Nothing after 6 years? I see temporary gains after pumping but that’s not actual growth.

I hate to be blunt about it, but in the whole world of medicine there is literally no therapy that you should continue after half a decade of it not working. Even the very long haul treatments like braces and manual treatment for spine curvature are typically abandoned if they don’t show any progress after several months, let alone years.

It seems more likely that this kind of thing just won’t work for us.

I’ll give it a couple more months, but if there is still no progress after that I would be confident saying there isn’t going to be any progress.

I’m curious, though. Do you generally heal very quickly from injuries, and do you turtle when you aren’t exercising?

What I wanted to say is:

1) you are doing PE just for two months, there are people who started seeing first gains after half a year of dedicated PE.

2) Just because you don’t gain, does not mean you can’t gain.
You can be slow gainer. Or you can do something wrong (undertrain, overtrain) or you did not found what is working for you. And sometimes that searching for your holy grail can take some time.

I never wanted to focus on my dick too much, I see it unhealthy. I believe if I did focus more on PE and invested more time I would have find a routine to gain length already.
But I know do gain girth, rather easy. Thus I believe I can gain length as well, I just need to find the proper way to do it.

"If you desire one thing for so long, it is a given that you will miss other things along the way. That is how it is... that is life."

You basically went to one run and you are disappointed that you weight the same as you did before the run, when it usually takes weeks of running to actually loose weight.

I can’t believe no one said this yet but if you overtrained with the extender and pump in the beginning then you should really just take a break and decondition. After 6 weeks start over with the newbie routine. If you over trained and caused your dick to fight the stretch it’s going to continue to fight the stretch until you leave it alone for a while.

PE should be a very slow linear progression in intensity. Start at the bottom and work your way up. A lot of people find that less is more.

Jtems,

Are you stretching your penis straight down or to the side? I haven’t seen your penis but I am assuming your ligaments have room to be pulled lower, which would require you stretching at the lowest angle possible; however, if your ligaments are already maxed out, then you need to do tunica work.

Every penis has a different anatomy, so an ADS may not work for you because your ligaments are stronger and require more force, which would be done by hanging. I am less than 2 months into PE and have only done compression hanging. My BPEL is up .25” and my BPFSL is up .5”

Based on what you have shared, I think you need to switch something up. That was my 2 cents and I hope you find the right routine that works for you, good luck!

I think that the approach that you are using is low tension and with that more time is needed. Levine showed that with a low tension approach, those with less than 3 hours of traction per day, showed no gains after 3 months. And that the biggest gains were dose dependent.

Big cock, tight abs, fit body, strong mind.

Actually I think Jumbojim hit the nail on the head. I’ve been over training. I .. Underestimated the importance of moderation.

Check out the thread about PI’s by sparkyx. When you are ready to continue on use those as your guide. You will have much better results.

I read through that and almost none of those PI’s, positive, negative, or neutral, are there. I’ve noticed a slight increase in morning wood, and a TINY bit of an ache at times. Literally not even pain, more like a vague sensation. Beyond that there has been no redness, numbness, decrease in size or any others.

I know full well I was over training in the beginning, but I don’t show any outward signs of it to the exception of swelling after pumping which I saw and decreased the pressure.

My first thought is that its not enough, I do my extender 10 hours daily every day and gains come very very slowly.

Just have to make it a part of your life.

Start NBPEL: 13,5 cm (5,3 inch)

Current NBPEL: 16 cm (6,3 inch)

Ultimate goal NBPEL: 20 cm (7.9 inch)

I am no expert when it comes to PE (yet) but I have been fairly successful so far - manual stretching, I’m 1.2 cm longer (erect) today than I was two months ago - and about 2.5 cm longer BPFSL.

IMO - which, as I mentioned above, is a very inexperienced one, so take it with a pinch of salt - you are doing way too much too soon. I agree with Jumbojim that you need to take some time off to decondition. If I were you, I would do the following: take a month off from EVERYTHING PE-related. Then commit to three months of consistent manual stretching, starting timidly and working your way up. After three months, reevaluate things. Don’t bother measuring prior to this - give your body time to react without working yourself up about it - you may legitimately be a slow gainer.

When I go to bed, I read my kindle with one hand, and with the other hand, I stretch my dick out. I started just stretching it up my body - holding it below the glans, and positioning the glans at my belly button. This is enough that I felt a good stretch at the base (ligs) and later, in the shaft (tunica) - but not so much that it was painful. You should prepare for occasional discomfort, but not sharp pain. It is ok if your dick feels a bit “weary” or “beaten up” after the event, and a little post-pulling shrinkage is fine too. But prolonged loss of function (ED), prolonged loss of size, and significant pain are all signs you’ve gone too far.

I started just pulling up like that and holding it for about 15 minutes - maybe breaking every couple of minutes to kind of flop it around and give it a couple of seconds of massage. Then I started adding more time and different directions. I now stretch in each of the cardinal directions (up, down, left, right) for 30 minutes every night and 30 minutes every morning. I do this five days a week then take weekends off. I think consistency, and starting small and simple, are what have worked in my favour.

Good luck!

Following this thread as OP has expressed my greatest fear here. Question for the room, should I not measure at all for the next 5 and a half months? I’m constantly tempted to and don’t want to get stuck in my own head.

Yeah, forget the tape measure. You’ll most likely notice if your dick is growing.

Try not to obsess about it. It takes time to figure out how to coax gains

My First Gains

So I measured today after taking about a week and a half off and finally noticed my first gains. About 0.1 length and 0.2 girth (inches). I just needed to take some time to heal it seems.
