I dunno man. I’m 35, and I just started PE back up again a little over two months ago. I’m not sure how much I’ve gained because I haven’t measured and don’t want to be disappointed (ignorance is bliss), but it looks a hell of a lot bigger than it did, and that’s just in two months. I started with the newbie routine and gradually ramped it up. I’m up to 5 min warmup, 10 min stretching, 300 3 sec jelqs, and 5 min warm down each session. I do these Mon Tue, and Thu Fri. Rest day mid week so I don’t get over worked, and weekends off to heal and recover. It sounds like maybe you haven’t been doing enough at a high enough intensity, but everyone is different.
