Im sorry but I think 30mins is way too little to deform the ligaments. 2 hours 1 in the morning 1 in the night hanging I think is the way to go!

I have similar problem, peyronies placque making upward curve :/

I think yes, but thats only based on:

Everyone can gain ligament length.

I dont know if you can gain shaft length with dorsal thickening but I think not based on the thread ”dorsal thickening”

So conclusion I think only hanging gives guaranteed result.

So what kind of a hanger is a good one?

How many inches could I possibly expect to again like 2 inches as you said or even more is possible?

Should I drop the Manual Streches and focus on hanging only?

Are the length gains from hanging permenant?

Length gains from hanging is permanent as all pe if we cement it. Personally lg hanger or vachanger3 is the only ones I could use because of slipping issue with the bib hanger. I think manual stretches before and after hanging help with lig gains but only stretching is not enough.

Try asking more knowleadgable guys in hanging forum :) Im sure you could gain at least 2 inches from ligaments, Consensus is everyone can at least 2 inches. No reason to be pissed at the dorsal thickening just focus ligaments. Im doing exactly that focusing only ligaments.

A Big Update

I Dropped my deconditoning phase and decided to resume my streching to figure out if the so called cord was my limiting factor for length gains

My New Streching Session was as follows:-

Warm Up 18 Mins

Inverted V Strech 10 Mins

Streching in all directions 5 Mins

Bundeled streches 5 Mins

Warm Down 5 Mins

Amazingly enough was that there was not that much resistance during the srteching session.

I just measures and My NBPEL while standing have become 5 inches identical to my measurement while sitting.

But my measurement during a sitted position it have become 5.1 inches.

So there might be potential after all !!

A New thing I introduced during my Streching session was that I was heating through applying a towel for 3-5 mins, maybe heating during my workouts made the big difference.

I noticed when I applied heating during my session the resistance of that cord decreased and as If i was able to strech more further than before.

Guys I just measured it looks like i was measuring in a wrong way previously 😞
It seems my dick wrong measurement was 12.7 cm 5 inches but now in the correct way its 13.4 cm this is NBPEL which is 5.3 inches.

And my wrong BPFSL measurement was 15.1 cm 6 inches but now its when I measured it 16.4 cm which is 6.5 inches.

I still didnt measure BPEL but I’m sure it’s gonna even be higher than before.

Oh until now I was thinking I wasn’t gaining because of my wrong measuring ways.

And a bigger Update my flaccid is nearly now good nor do I feel resistance when I tried to strech it and it goes even further beyond than before when I strech.

Maybe the way I was streching previously with a lot of force was a bad thing it toughened up my skin and maybe after all it was not the dorsal thickening /septum but a big mistake on my part when I decided to strech my dick with a lot of force and making my dick resistable to streching and thus toughning up my tunica and my skin.

But I used a Wrap like an ADS (A cotton like scarf) and its truly helping me with softening my dick and helping my dick decondition and lengthen it too at the same time.

From tommorrow I’m going to start my Decondtioning free off PE.

Maybe its the shock of finding out I gained and I was in denial.

Actually I did a lot of fulcurum aka inverted v strech for 20 mins for a whole week and now I noticed the differrence.

I used a lot of heat during the fulcurum streching letting hot water penetrate my dick that must have helped now I get it.

Then I was doing an ADS and I didnt let my dick heal in previous state but while in the elongated state.

Also the most important thing is that there is no longer the tightness during streching but I feel my dick now getting streched easily.

One note too my dick flaccid went from 8.5 to nearly 9.5 cm when I measured afterwards!!

Another New Update

I just measured and my BPFL is 13.3 cm which is 5.25 inches this is truly a big update Guys.

Im gonna keep on pushing with cushion and Im defintely going to be 6 inches NBPEL soon by this rate.

I just resumed my Routine:-

20 mins Inverted- A-V-strech with a long hold of a total 1 min in between and then releasing and alternating with the other hand.

I do this directly while hot water is penetrating my dick during my session.

14 mins warm down

I couldnt believe how my dick was so easily strechable and not resistance was present during my streches.

I could easily pull out aka strech out more than before and My dick immediately was hanging longer after my strech.

Just now I measured pre-PE session and post-PE Session and here are my measurements:-

Pre-PE
13.2 cm 5.25 inches
16.4 cm 6.51 inches

Post-PE

13.5 cm NBPFL 5.35 inches
16.6 cm BPFSL 6.55 inches
