Ok Guys,
I’m back I’ve been busy that’s why I couldn’t be online.
I’m today on my 5th Day PE’ing so in total I did 25 days PE’ing and 15 days rest.
My New Modified Routine is as follows:
15 min warm up
13 mins Streching
13 mins Jelqing
4 mins Sadsak slinky
3 mins bundled strech 90% rotation and vice versa
20 mins Edging
8 to 10 min cooling down warm up.
Let’s see how it’s gonna turn out hmmmm….
