I did my Morning Session it was good.

An Update:

After doing my workouts I measured my NBPEL and it was 5 Inches.

This is a good news and it means that my New Modified Newbie Routine is paying off.

I’m gonna measure on Rest Days to confirm that it really have increased.

As for BPEL it was nearly 6 Inches.

I will do my Night Session too if I have enough time today as I’m busy with my personal life events.

I did my 6th Day PE’ing today.

Yeseterday I couldnt PE nor before Yesterday because of being busy.

Everything is good ,looks good no turtling at all and my flaccid is thicker and a longer flaccid hang too and my balls hang lower and they are more bigger too.

My Erect Girth is at 4.9 inches and its nearly at 5 inches now too as my pic which I posted on my progress pics thread and maybe I could say I have cemented my new girth gain into being permenant.

An update Guys,

I Resumed my workout yeseterday and I did my morning and night session.

Today I did my morning workout too gonna do my night session too.

Everything is good especially while streching my dick is really strechy.

While jelqing my dick is expanding so much too and after my workout I can see my dick is so much fatter.

I dont forget to edge too as it helps in making my dick heal in that longer fatter state as I have discovered and as if it has been stated here too.

Ok today I’m going to do my 4 Day PE’ing.

Ok Guys,
I’m back I’ve been busy that’s why I couldn’t be online.

I’m today on my 5th Day PE’ing so in total I did 25 days PE’ing and 15 days rest.

My New Modified Routine is as follows:

15 min warm up

13 mins Streching

13 mins Jelqing

4 mins Sadsak slinky

3 mins bundled strech 90% rotation and vice versa

20 mins Edging

8 to 10 min cooling down warm up.

Let’s see how it’s gonna turn out hmmmm….
