Update:
I did morning and night sessions since resuming yeseterday.
My Night Session
Warm up 16 mins directly heating my dick to real hot water which seems is weakning my tunica which is good for tunica and girth gains.
Streching was 12 mins woth enough force and my dick was responding nicely and streching easily without an resistance
Inverted V strech was 4 mins a good streching session too.
My jelqing was awesome too which was 13 mins. it seems my workout might end up rewarding when measuring times come I hope so.
I edged too for 10 mins.
Followed by warm down 6 mins.
