Everything looking good today is my 2nd Rest Day.

Today is my 5th Day since I resumed My New P.E Routine again on 15 March and I’m doing morning and night session too now.

It looks good.

I had an Erection Yesterday a Strong One to be precise.

I place my Left hand and hold an OK Grip At my Base tightly not too tight but enough to let blood flow and then I place my Right hand my palms downward and start jelqing 4 to 7 Secs this is the effective way I found to jelq for me.

Did my last workout for the week guys.

Starting from tommorrow is Rest Day.
I’m Gonna Take 6 Rest Days to let my unit heal.

Today is my 2nd Rest Day.

Everything is good.

Wish this new jelqing method grip helps i milking that crafty dick of mine.

Update Guys,
I think I overtrained or that my grip was a lot tight and the pressure was high during Jelqing as my Dick is turtling alot when I walk except when I sit.

Plus should I bring Streching back guys as I’m planinng to do so.

What should I do??

Guys any advice would be appericaited.

Also one thing to mention is that I measured yeseterday and my Erect Midshaft increased to just barely under 5 inchesand I couldn’t believe it so I remeasured 3 times and it was 5 inches barely and I’m nearing 5.1 inches too but the turtling is freaking me out !!

One thing I forgot to mention is that I dont do warm ups as I used to do.

Most of the times I dont do and even If I did do warm up its 3 mins max.

Guys,Do you think this might have also caused the turtling not cooling down properly.

As for growing went from 5.23 BPEL TO NEARLY 6.

MSEG 4.48 TO 4.9 barely under 5 inches.

My new jelqing method is more better for me than the standard ok grip.
