I’m Resuming after a week.
My New Routine will be as follows:
10-12 Mins Warm Up
12 Mins Streching with the same force I Did my 18 mins streching last weekend.
4 Mins Inverted -a- strech -v- strech
8 Mins Jelqing Erection level 45-50 % with 5-8 seconds stroke
Warm Down 12 Mins.
