I’m Resuming after a week.

My New Routine will be as follows:

10-12 Mins Warm Up

12 Mins Streching with the same force I Did my 18 mins streching last weekend.

4 Mins Inverted -a- strech -v- strech

8 Mins Jelqing Erection level 45-50 % with 5-8 seconds stroke

Warm Down 12 Mins.

Yeseterday is my 6th Day Rest Day.

I’m Resuming Today my PE workouts with my new modified newbie routine.

I did my workout yeseterday it was awesome.

13 Mins Streching

4 Mins Inverted -a- strech -v- strech

8 Mins Jelqing 45 - 55 % Erection Level.

Will continue my 2nd PE’ing Day too.

Couldnt Resume My PE workouts due to personal reasons.

So in return I took 4 Rest Days.

I did my routine it was good session especially the streching felt it.

I did my workout it was awesome.

Esepecially the streching and the whole PE workouts in general.

Today is my 2nd Day Rest Day.

On 18 August I resumed my PE Rest Days.

On 17 August I did morning and evening session.

Streching 12 and a half minutes.
Inverted -a- inverted -v- strech
Jelqing 8 minutes 45 to 60 %

I Did My Workout It Was Awesome.

13 Mins Streching

4 Mins Inverted -A- Strech -V- Strech

9 Mins Jelqing 50 to 60 % Erect State.

Today was Rest Day.

Gonna Resume My PE Workout on 23 August.

Routine as follows :

13 Mins Streching with more force not until feeling pain but with enough force.

4 Mins Inverted-A- Strech -V- Strech

9 Mins Jelqing with 50 to 55 % Erect State.

4 Mins Inverted-A- Strech -V- Strech

9 Mins Jelqing 50 to 65 % Erection level.

Today is a Rest Day.

Continuing for until a week.
