A Newbie

Today is My 3rd Day Rest Day.

My Dick hangs lower and gets easily erect my Glans Head is bigger in size and looks like a mushroom shape partialy.

My Balls Hangs Lower so amazing feeling.

Today I Resumed Back as I felt my Dick was healed and ready again to Resume my workouts.

My Session was Awesome.

My Dick Was Responding nicely to my streching and inverted -a -v- strech and jelqing workouts.

It seems my new veins are permenant as they have not disappeared since they last time appeared even with my Resting Days(Period).

Today is My 6 Month and 11 Days since starting PE (The Newbie Routine).

My workout was good but not too great.

Today I Truly had an amazing PE Session.

A good workout I had today it was awesome and reasuring watching my veins getting pumped with blood while jelqing and inverted -V-A- Strech and getting longer while streching.

Today my grip while streching was the best since weeks ago.

Today is my 7th day PE’ing.

Starting from tommorrow my PE rest days will Resume until a week(Seven Days).

Today my workout was amazing as usual.

I noticed since yeseterday and today that my flaccid penis measures 3.58 inches which is 9.1 cm which is a very good news that gains are currently happening.

Also noticed my NBPEL is staying at 5.15 inches which is 13.1 cm.

It seems it’s getting on the permenanet side both my NBPEL and NBPFL.

Hope I will still be gaining NBPFL and especially NBPEL too.

Today is my 4th Day Rest.

Will continue tommorrow my PE workouts Routine.

I had my workout it was so awesome because I increased the the intensity of heating my penis with a very hot water which penetrates so easily the whole shaft and glans and makes it plump and so reddish ready to start my workout.

I can grip my dick with so much easiness snd comfortabilty than before and strech so effectively too while feeling the strech more too.

Jelqing have become so effective too as I see great expansion and increased plumpness.

My New Modified Newbue Routine is as follows:

8 Mins Streching
3 Mins Inverted-V-Strech-A-Strech
7 Mins Jelqing 50-60% Erect State

That’s a very nice routine. I’d stay with it as long as you’re growing and have positive PI’s.

10 mins strech temoperarily I increased it
3 mins Inverted-V-Strech-A-Strech
7 mins jelqing 55-60% Erect state

Veins getting bigger and increasing in size alot than before.

I Edged for 15 mins to let my penis heal in an expanded state.
