Today is my 3rd Day PE’ing Day
1st Day 30 August
2nd Day 2 Septemeber
3rd Day 3 Septemeber
1 Septemeber was Rest Day I couldnt PE for personal reasons so I Rested on that Day.
Routine as follows:
12 Mins Streching
4 Mins Inverted-A-Strech-V-Strech
9 Mins Jelqing 50 to 55 % Erection Level.
A Little bit I added squezees just squezze for 3 secs around the whole shaft uptill reaching under my Glans.
A Little bit of techinically I added Partialy clamping with clamping under glans for 10 to 25 secs while at the same time creating a torinquet at my peniss base clamping for 15 to 30 secs.
