A Newbie

Ok So I have decided to start lightly and to reduce my streching sets and to decrease it to 10 mins and decrease my jelqing to 10 mins from 13 mins and to reduce my jelqing force grip too.

I will add a new technique of streching my penis for 1 minute and keep doing it 5 Sets.

As I want to increase my Length Both BPEL and NBPEL too.

Hmmm So I’ve been thinking of trying hanging after some time.

My New Routine is as follows:
Warm Up 15-20 mins
Streching 10 mins
Jelqing 10 mins
Adding kegels 5 mins
Reverese Kegels too 5 mins
10 mins strech v
5 mins bundled strech
15-20 mins warm down

I have decided to this because I was witnessing my dick showing Negative PLs that’s why.
For Example like My Dick being Resistant to Streching.
I’m going lightly from now on and I’m going to watch closely what’s going to happen.

Hope my Approach is the Correct Way.

So Guys I noticed that I cannot gain length easily while doing jelqing I mean jelqing makes my streching workout ineffective its obvious now so Im going to drop it and focus on just streching from now on.

So I have finally decided to just strech for 10 mins.

Warm Up 15-20 mins

Bundled strech 5 mins

inverted v strech 5 mins

Streching 10 mins

Then Edging for 30 mins to keep the streched state.

Then Warm Down for 20 mins.

I’m sure this going to be my breakthrough as I’m really struggling with length gains but as for girth I’m fairly an easier girth gainer and that’s really an awesome discovery for me.

I’ll do this instead of my the Routine which I posted yesterday and see what happens next.

I think you should try hanging, was reading a thread from vets and seems like a lot of them gained their length from hanging.

Ok So I’m doing deconditioning break for like 2.5 weeks or I might extend it to 3 weeks at most to let my dick rest from PE and to totally decondition and to start gaining when I’m back.

When I’m back I will start with a light routinewhich be as follows:-

Only consisting of warm up 15-20 mins streching 10 mins , inverted v strech 5 mins, bundled streches 5 mins and edging 30 mins, 20 mins warm down.

I will be back after 2-3 weeks.

Now I get it why gaining length was a struggle for me its because I was undertraning and I should increase the mins of streching to 15 mins and increase my jelqing to 15 mins too.

When I’m back from my decondtioning break after 3 weeks.

I’m gonna add. Head squezzes and base squezzes and shaft squezzes too and do morning and night sessions too.

I Measured My dick and here it is:-

I was shocked to see that my BPSFL is 16 cm 6.4 inches
NBPFL is 13 cm 5.1 inches
FL is 8.5 cm 3.4 inches
BPEL is 14.8 cm 5.85 inches
NBPEL is 12.8 cm 5.07 inches while sitting and while standing it is 12.2 cm 4.8 inches why is there a difference!

Usable length is like 13.7 cm 5.4 inches I can say as it’s easy to push it lightly.

FHG is 8.8 cm 3.5 inches
FSMG is 10.5 cm 4.2 inches
FBG is 11 cm 4.4 inches

EHG is 11.6 cm 4.7 inches
ESMG is 12.5 cm 5 inches
EBG is 12.9-13 cm 5.1 inches

An Update Today I discovered that the reason my dick is not increasing in length is because I have a dorsal thickening whenever I strech I feel like a cord at my base limiting my streching.

The dorsal thickening explains why I couldnt gain at all with all that streching I did and with all that dedication.

Its my limiting factor to length gains and Im really frustrated right now by knowing I have dorsal thickening.

So thats why I couldnt gain length at all.

What should I do to gain length and bypass the dorsal thickening thing?

What Kind of streches are good to tackle the dorsal thickening? How many reps?

As for heat I always heat alot.

Please I need Help its really frustrating me right now and knowing that I might never gain length is a shock to me.

Yeah it is a shock I understand. Im really sorry for you man, but you can gain ligament length, you just cant lengthen the shaft.

Bib has the best ligament gain method basically you will have to do penis hanging if you want length.

More in detail short time manual stretching only brakes the shaft and lengthens the tunica so thats probably why you didnt gain from that :( BUT ligament gains takes hours with weights two hours every day and heavy weight and 2 inches can be yours.
