I can say i was not consistent after the first 6 months but I went from 5.23 BPEL to 6 BPEL.
While in girth departement this was the most significant I went from 4.48 EG to now 5.1 Inches nearly. My Routine is the Newbie Routine aka the beignners Routine but i added other exercises too.
Like Sadsak Slinky, Squezzes, Glans Head Squezzes too and i wrap a soft String like clamping after i finish my workouts to keep the expandes state while edging for 30 mins.
And It worked I gained really alot.
Guess if I was consistent I might have even gained more Im pushing now and I’m more determined than before to attain my Goals.
My NBPEL length went from 4.7 to Nearly 5.1 Inches too now.
My flaccid from 2.5 inches to 3.7 inches.
I took 5 Days on 5 off to have maximum recovery after workouts and to gain even more than limiting my PE’ing Days to the usual 2 day on 1 day off it didnt suit me at all.

Well done on the gains that you have made. Keep building on them.
I’m still trying to hit that 5” girth, that must be a great feeling.
