Already started, this is my starting point.
Hello guys, I already started “working out” so my dick is 14 cm, about 5.4 inches long, I am starting a 4 month program that goes as follow.
10 mins of stretching + 150 jelqs - first month
10 mins of stretching + 300 jelqs - second month
15 mins of stretching + 500 jelqs - third month
20 mins of stretching + 700 jelqs - fourth month
I already jelqed and stretched before, I am currently doing 2 days of workout, 1 of rest, and also I don’t masturbate in the working out days.
I will be posting posts of my progress in this order,
First month - 07/12/2016
Second month 07/01/2017
Third month 07/02/2017
Fourth month 07/03/2017
Also, if you would like to see a before and after pic it is cool by me, so thanks guys, this is going to be a good journey!
PS: I don’t expect massive change, the maximum change that I would see on this time would be an inch, so I am looking towards a half inch!
