Have you considered mixing it with something else? Or not using coconut oil? Tallow is great, both for cooking and as a moisturizer. Personally I use tallow for cooking and coconut oil mixed with tea tree oil as a moisturizer.

I’ve been experimenting with various lubricants while pumping my balls, which tend to stick to the sides of the tube. That’s mostly a non-issue with my shaft, but it can be painful for the scrotum.

Of the various lubes I’ve tried so far, coconut oil seems to work the best, with hyaluronic acid a close second. I’m going to try a mix of the two and see how that works. Hyaluronic acid doesn’t seem to be affected by ambient temperature.

Don Logan said he had been using a Swiss Navy brand silicone lube; when I looked it up, it turned out it actually *was* a silicone lube, as opposed to the water-based lubes that claim that now. And work poorly for pumping, by the way; they dry out almost as quickly as K-Y. I ordered some of the Swiss Navy stuff, mostly for completeness - it’s far more expensive than coconut oil.

Tallow might work for you. Some people find that weird though.

Love the extra benefits coconut oil provides! It might even raise your “good HDL”.

New PE Technique for Big Gains!!

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

Yesterday was Day 30 of the deconditioning break. I’ve done nothing other than a few edging sessions.

After a couple of weeks my shaft became very loose and stretchy; I don’t recall it ever feeling that way before. The aggravated sensitivity of my glans faded. The formerly-scarred areas didn’t try to harden back up. I did keep applying the Glop regularly, though. Night and morning wood were the same as while doing PE; night wood 5-6 times a week, morning wood 4-5 times a week. Considering my age, not bad. Flaccid length stayed good during the decon; no turtling. I was very happy about that.

This morning I got the Froehle ‘anatomical’ tube out, lubed with coconut oil instead of my usual water based lube, and left the pump set to 2.5” Hg, which is what I’ve been using on my balls for the last month. I had previously been pumping at 4.5”, the max the little pump would do, but I figured I’d restart easy and work back up. I punched the button for 15 minutes, seated the tube, and put the Red Light Therapy lamp to shine on the top part of my shaft.

The coconut oil worked great. It’s probably going to be my go-to lube in the future. After more than two years of a heavy pumping schedule, I’d missed the feeling of being in the tube.

I definitely felt a stretch, where I’d been so used to it before I barely noticed. More for girth than length, pretty much the entire forward third of my shaft felt it. At ten minutes it started feeling slightly uncomfortable, with discomfort slowly increasing as I approached the end of the 15-minute cycle. I was about ready to reach over and punch the Off button when the timer ran out. I guess there was some shrinkage in that area during the decon. I had been developing a baseball bat shape, which slowly went away during the decon cycle. I don’t know if it was non-cemented girth or if it was just swelling, aggravated by my heavy PE routines. I’m not particularly worried about it. There was no sign of the old “wedding band” internal scar when I exited the tube, and no edema.

At 4.5”Hg for 30 minutes the corona of my glans was just past the corona molded into the tube. This time, 2.5” at 15 minutes, it was about 3/4” short of that. I didn’t do a BPFSL measurement beforehand, but when grabbing the glans and pulling, I don’t feel like I lost any flaccid length. I’ll do another measurement today, and get back on the skin stretching exercises for the shaft. *Someday) I’ll be able to get a proper BPEL measurement.

The big win here is the glans not being so sensitive; taping is now on the table. I was able to get up to 4 pounds of tension when vacuum hanging - and it took a year and a half to get there - but more than that would always raise a blister. Though I might ought to see if it can tolerate more weight now that it has had a break. Decisions, decisions…

It’s amazing how stretchy and loose things feel after a break. It’s as if it’s never been like that before, just shows how conditioned we get.

If you can start taping I think you should be able to go up a good bit further in weight. I double tape and put on a toe cover too, result is my glans are in a normal state after 1.5 hours of hanging.

If I’m at tension levels 10 lbs. or under, I would use an extender. Once my goals begin to cross that 10 lb threshold, the bib is a good option. I personally have had no luck with high weight/tension and vacuum attachments. Blister city for me.

I think we can...Little Engine’s Climb

The major scarred area was what I call the “thumb spot”; a dime-sized area where my left thumb normally rests when taking a leak, across the circumcision scar at about 11 o’clock looking outward. By the time I started the decon it had healed to normal skin, though it was lighter in color. It didn’t tighten up or get hard during decon, so I thought it was all OK.

I’ve done only some light pumping with the small Froehle tube and some skin stretching exercises. They’re basically OK-grip jelqs, with the off-hand holding the skin down at the base to put tension on the skin. I did 100 strokes Saturday (50 left handed, 50 right handed) with a very slight discomfort in the “thumb spot” area. I did 100 strokes Sunday, with slightly more discomfort, but we’re not talking about any big deal. I did 100 strokes this morning (Monday)… about halfway through I noticed a grainy feeling. When the scars broke up a couple of months ago, they crumbled like an old-style drafting eraser. Same feeling this time. I added some extra lube and finished the set, but now it’s sore and has tiny pinhead-sized scabs forming.

[sigh]

It didn’t *feel* like scar tissue, but it might just be new skin that isn’t up to the stress from jelquing yet. I’ll stop the stretching for a while and let it heal back up.

Weight still coming down at a good rate, well done that’s great consistent work. How do you feel with all the weight loss? Must be a nice difference?

It’s a gradual thing; I don’t really notice much other than clothes being loose and my stomach not rubbing the steering wheel any more. I use the cane less, and I haven’t had to use the crutches since last year.

I *do* feel better than I have in a long time, but I think a lot of it is due to less allergies/inflammation due to the keto diet, and some of the supplements, and the stretching/exercise routines I’ve been doing. They really do help with arthritis; not a cure, of course, but now I can put my socks on without a problem vs. the painful misery it involved before.

A couple of years ago I noticed I was having trouble pronouncing certain words. A few months ago I noticed I can barely stick my tongue out past my lips. I never could touch my nose with my tongue, but I could get close when I was a kid. And sometimes I choke while swallowing now; I never had that problem before.

Apparently the frenum that connects the tongue to your jaw can shrink. Who knew? [sigh] There’s a surgical procedure to correct a tight frenum; the doctor reaches in with a scalpel or scissors and cuts it. Voila! But I didn’t like the idea of little flaps of loose skin under my tongue.

A few days ago I wondered if there were any exercises that might help stretch the frenum. Why yes, there are. Most of them are oriented toward stroke patients trying to get use of their tongue back, and some stretching “tongue enlargement” exercises, some of which had even been discussed on Thunder’s years ago.

I picked a handful of useful-looking tongue exercises and added them to the workout spreadsheet. It seems silly, but even after a few days I’m seeing some positive results.
