Ah, that one! That’s a nice design.

Cantlook did a couple of others that didn’t use the standard sled layout; instead of a noose, you laid your glans over a round pipe, then flipped the whole extender around to attach it to the base. It looked so easy to put on compared to the sled style.

I agree. He definitely evolved his designs to be applied faster and easier. What I gathered and am finding, is that the darknight is the most adjustable and sturdy. This is why I liked it and chose to make one.

It is the best extender I have ever used. I have used four other commercial ones.

It has been 69 says since I restarted the keto diet. I lost the weight I’d regained fairly quickly, but losses below that have been slow.

So, close to 90 days from passing the 300 pound milestone, today I *finally* made it past 275 pounds. 274 this morning; 73 pounds down from last November.

People say they can see the difference, but I don’t really feel any different yet. Maybe I’m just getting used to it as it happens.

You’ve lost about 1/2 the weight of the average woman. That’s no mean feat.

Of course when weight comes off (or goes on) slowly you don’t notice. Your body just adapts to the new. Your breathing gets a little easier. It’s a bit easier to get up from a chair. It’s so incremental. It might be worth videoing yourself doing normal physical tasks and then comparing that to later.

Keep going, you’re doing so well. It’s time to forget what 275lbs feels like.

Great news, Andy! You’re losing at a good and safe rate, I wouldn’t change anything. Regardless of what you see, you’re doing awesome. Body changes aren’t always apparent to ourselves, like you said, you see it everyday and the subtlety is elusive.

I’ve come across some good keto recipes, cooking for my folks now and then. I can link them or PM if you’re interested in checking them out.

I had laid a whole keto meal plan thing, but in practice it turned out way closer to carnivore than keto. About half the time I’m getting zero carbs, and usually less than 10 otherwise. It’s more “dirty carnivore” or “extreme keto” than regular keto now.

Memento made a strong case for carnivore, but I wasn’t really intending to jump ship so early after starting keto. it just sort of worked out that way. “If God didn’t intend for us to eat animals, He wouldn’t have made them out of meat.”
