AndyJ's Body Enhancement Thread

Milestone:

The ‘ring scar’ is almost nonexistent now. I decided to find out if it would stand being stretched some more, so I cranked the aquarium pump up as high as it would go - a touch under 5” - and pumped for two hours while using a base ring. I eventually packed the tube all the way up to the sulcus; the glans was noticeably larger than normal, but nowhere near packing.

Yep, the expected giant donut afterward, but no discomfort while pumping, or afterward. And after only a bit more than an hour, the donut is gone.

I’m pretty chuffed about this.

Andy, I am finally reading through your thread today. I’m just on page 5 right now but wanted to tell you how damn impressed I am by your resilience and persistence. You are a very strong man in so many many ways. You are going to get this done!

I’m most of the way there, SK! What’s left of the scar is just cosmetic thing now, and still slowly fading. I’ve been working on EQ and length for the last year or so.

It was primarily information from Thunder’s guided my progress after urologists and plastic surgeons wouldn’t touch it and I decided to DIY.

This one is slightly different, though. The relevant part is:

“…this recall was issued due to manufacturing deviations which were reported due to an abnormal appearance on the external surgrace of the piston/syringe used during the filling operation.”

And, of course, the same “only applies to wholesalers and pharmacies only, not you, you loser end-user.”

I’m *assuming* the syringe they’re talking about was the one used at the factory to fill the vials. Maybe the rubber was eaten away by the “contaminants” mentioned in the first recall.

[sigh]

I’ve been increasing the amount of time I spend hanging. Since my glans has a tendency to blister I’ve had to ramp the weight up extremely slowly, from less than half a pound, to a full pound, and now to three pounds, in half-pound increments.

It took over a year to make it from a half pound to a full pound, maybe three months to get to two pounds, and maybe another two months to make it to three pounds. I’ve been tempted to try 3.5 pounds, but it has only been a few weeks since I moved to 3, so I’ll just let it ride another month or so before I try. Naturally a progression like this can’t continue, and I have no idea why I’m suddenly becoming more tolerant.

At 2.5 pounds I was getting noticeable discomfort along the bottom of the glans, where the base of the frenulum would be, except my frenulum was a casualty of the infection and scarring, and I don’t have one now. But there was a dime-size knot of scar tissue where the frenulum used to end, near the base of the glans. I wouldn’t have expected it to change much, but it has been pulling out flatter, and now there’s only some mild discomfort, which seems to be decreasing.

Moving up to 3 pounds, the discomfort there didn’t get any worse, but a new discomfort popped up. It *feels* like the urethra inside the glans is being stretched uncomfortably, but I expect it’s actually the line of scar tissue where the frenulum used to be. Nerve signals aren’t always very precise; note how hard it is to find the itchy spot when you’re trying to scratch your back.

Instead of weight plates, I’ve been using a half-pound sack of pennies and an assortment of lead “deep sea fishing weights.” They’re about 30mm in diameter, in various lengths. The weights have a convenient ring on one end.

I do most hanging laying on my back, straight out, with an overhead pulley and an offset pulley so the weights are off to the side instead of directly overhead. I’ve also been doing some hanging straight down; I can just drop a weight down a pant leg and walk around without it being obvious. I’ve mowed the yard and gone shopping. I’m only using one pound at the moment; I had found out earlier that I couldn’t tolerate as much weight sitting as I could when laying on my back, so after a couple of unwelcome blisters I’m cautious about adding more, though it’s probably time to notch it up a bit.

The problems I’ve had with the vacuum ADS all seemed to boil down to the vacuum port on the end, pulling skin into it and causing a blister. A few days ago I decided to tear off a postage-stamp-sized piece of paper towel and lay it in there before installing it.

I didn’t have a great amount of hope that it would work, but it was easy enough to try.

So far, yes, after ~12 hours of hanging or ADS. No tiny blisters.

I can only do about an hour in ADS mode, with the Gear Keeper pulling it to the side, before the discomfort becomes more than I want to put up with. But now it’s localized at the dime-sized knot of scar tissue under and behind the glans, where the end of the frenulum used to be. The ADS pulls the cap at an angle to the shaft, which puts a different type of tension on the scar, which doesn’t like it… but hanging used to bother it, too. It eventually stretched and got better. The discomfort goes away as soon as I remove the angled tension from the bell.

There used to be just as much discomfort on the top, at the spot I called the “thumbprint scar” between the corona and circumcision scar. I guess I don’t have to worry about that any more - I happened to look down when edging and noticed a light-colored strip where the thumbprint and scar line used to be. There’s no detectable scar tissue there any more; just skin. Despite all the medical claims otherwise, the scar is gone.

The one underneath was worse to start with, but it’s noticeably better, and so are the remains of the ring scar underneath. I’m going to keep on with the stretching/Glop/red light therapy routine and see how much of that I can eliminate.

Wow. That was unexpected.

I’m still not able to get a good bone-pressed reading. I haven’t measured since the beginning of the year. A few minutes ago, I grabbed the ruler on a whim. Nope, still not able to get good bone contact… but NBPFSL is now 7-1/8”.

Even if it’s a flaccid reading, I’m now in what I always thought of as “big dick” territory. Erect length is, of course, shorter, I just don’t know how much. Yet.

Excellent! What is the issue with bone pressed measuring?

I used to blame it on a thick fat pad, but what I’m guessing is the skin hasn’t stretched enough to match my shaft. When I press the ruler down, the skin is so tight it bends my shaft upward into the ruler. Trying to keep it straight just puts more pressure on the skin where the ruler sits; enough to leave bruises, sometimes.

I’m mixing some extending in now, hoping to get some skin stretch. And now that the scars are almost gone, I’ll add jelquing soon. I also have a Bib hanger. Many of the older threads talk about those stretching skin. I’m happy with the vacuum hanger I have, but if the Bib will do that, I’ll give it a try.

The ultrasound and IR things look really interesting - I’m a gadget hound - but without being able to get accurate, repeatable BPEL measurements, I’d just be going through the motions instead of following the protocol.

Yeah sounds like a skin stretch issue. The devices will work especially compression hangers but they way the do it has some unwanted affects. Pubic hair creeping up your shaft etc. It might be worth manually stretching the skin using your two hands so you stretch the skin on your dick rather than stretch body skin on to your dick, requires manual effort though.

After hanging my unit stayed elongated for a while, loose and floppy. On a whim I grabbed the ruler again.

7-3/8” NBPFSL. Oh, my. Well, it’s just after hanging, so it’s probably longer than my normal flaccid and not directly related to any erect length yet, but that number sure cheers me up.

I finally started losing some weight; I stayed close to 286# for 40 days after resuming keto, and now it’s back to a pound or two a week; 281# this morning. It took about that long before I started losing weight when I first went on keto.

I have a cardiology appointment later this morning. It’s at the big hospital in the state capitol, and you have to park in a parking deck, then navigate the usual hospital maze. From the middle of the parking deck to the middle of the building is roughly half a mile, about a third of it in the open, which should be humid and +100F, as it has been all week. I’ve been trying to decide if I should leave the cane and take the crutches; that’s a long hike for my knee.

The office sent the usual sheaf of forms in the mail, so I could fill them out on the desk at home instead of trying to hold them against my leg. Why no office I’ve ever been at has ever provided a place to fill all those forms out has always been a mystery to me. Anyway, they wanted copies of previous labs and medical reports if I have any. Boy howdy, can I ace that one… I have a brightly colored pocket folder almost an inch thick, including the big poster-size lab report spreadsheet folded up. I’m sure he’ll only pay attention to a few pages of it, but the point is that it is there if he wants to check something. I’m not really expecting any problems; my GP says my HDL numbers are very low, and cardio exercise will help that. But I have a heart murmur and a leaky valve, and he wants a cardiologist to take a look first. He doesn’t know about all the hours pushing the goddamnedlawnmower in the heat…

That’s a good post exercise increase.

I’m shifting PE work more to the skin stretch now. This NBP stuff is annoying.

I finally got back to the cryolipolysis thing too. It is only claimed give 5 to 7mm of fat reduction after 90 days; but in a year, that’s an inch. I should have got back to that at least a year ago.

“I was going to give procrastination a try, but I haven’t got around to it yet.”

I think almost all of the “new” length from the hanger and extender is coming from the base, as the ligaments at the fascia are being pulled out. During a hanging session, my base girth will grow steadily during the session. This may also be why pumping at higher vacuum gives me that ‘pinching’ feeling around the base, and the sides of the shaft are tender when I remove the tube, not the crease at my abdomen.

Bib talked a lot about that years ago; I need to dig back into the archives and go through it again. I skipped over a lot of it since I didn’t ever expect it would apply to me.

It seems to take about an hour with the hanger before I notice the base growth. After a few hours out of the rig the “new” length and girth at the base will subside and things will return to normal.

Congratulations on the gains!
