Are ligament gains False Gains?
So sometime back, I read a post a veteran on thundersplace(ModestoMan I guess) saying that ligament gains are pointless.
Basically when you stretch or hang downwards, your penis keeps on shifting lower and lower on the pubic bone. So when you measure BPEL, you’d be able to push the ruler inside even more. Which is basically the logic behind lig gains.
So is there really any point in downward stretches/ newbie routine/hanging besides slightly better EQ?
