Back At It! Research And Consistency = Gains?
After a long break due mainly to working far too much I’ve decided to jump back into the game again! Long story short I worked a lot when I was younger so I never had time to consistently do PE for long periods of time. I did gain some base girth and some length and have maintained it through the years. From time to time I have pumped randomly, mainly before having sex, but nothing serious. At this point in my life I have more free time to devote to this and have been searching on here and reading as much as I can to find the best techniques and to find what worked best for big gainers. In the past I think I was trying to do some extreme routines to speed my way through the process with no luck.
Consistency is the key to gaining I believe for myself at least. So my goal is to find a routine that works for me personally and stick with it while listening to my PI’s. I’ve tried the newbie routine twice, once after a break, and the only gains I received were my initial length gains from manual stretches. Jelqing has never been my friend, I have a turkey neck to prove it, and I get bad discoloration from it even staying below 70% erect. Not that Jelqing doesn’t work, it just hasn’t worked for me regardless of time count or how erect I am.
I’m a fan of pumping but used to pump at higher pressures against the advice of others. So I plan to keep pumping in my routine but at a lower pressure and for shorter durations. I’ve been researching hanging to gain some length but am going to stick with manual stretches until I either stop gaining or don’t gain at all. I attribute a .25” Of base girth from clamping but will not be clamping until I’ve reached a length I’m happy with. My main goal before was to target girth and take any length that came, but I personally would like more length, but the wife and pretty much any women I’ve spoken to say girth is what they prefer. So I’m going after length now as a vanity thing and a gift to myself.
Since I’m older I also have more money to devote to frivolous activities like this and have purchased some tools I wish I had when I was younger. First off I have four pumps now that are all quick disconnect 1.5”, 1.75”, 2”, 2.5”. The 1.5” was purchased to help stretch length wise but I can’t enter erect at all. The 1.75” is my pump of choice where as years ago all I had was a 2”. I’ve also purchased a VAC ADS and love it! I also made a pipe repair hanger but haven’t used it yet. I’ve also made a pretty cool rice pad for warming up ( think a flat pad filled with rice and kinda quilted into pockets so it’s providing consistent and even heat) but may buy a heating pad or a lamp.
The goal of this thread is to use this as a weekly log, I’d do a daily log but that seems ridiculous to take up that amount of space. I’m doing a separate personal log to keep track of every tiny detail daily to help keep me consistent.
My routine is currently as follows after a little adjustment do to PI’s. I do my main routine after I work out my body, not sure if it helps but I’ve read theories.
Warm up 5 minutes
Stretch up down right left and straight out holding each 30 seconds and warming up while massaging in between each direction.
Warm up again
Pump in 1.75” cylinder for 10 minutes at 5-8hg while keeping heat applied to the cylinder. I try to stay as erect as I can because I feel more stretched. In the last thirty seconds of my session in the pump I’ll go up to 10hg to get a little more of a stretch.
Warm up again and massage the heat in for five minutes
Do another 10 minute pump session sane as above
Warm down for five minutes as before
Put on a Vac ADS for 1-3 hours. If I could wear it longer I would!
Through the day I’ll do piss pulls. Before I go to bed I do some more manual stretches after I get out of the shower.
So far my flaccid length has been beyond great for myself and it last all day. My wife said it was very noticeable before I went to work one day! I’ve noticed more and stronger nocturnal erections as well. So I’m trying very hard to listen to what my unit is telling me.
I had Jelqing as part of the routine after I stretched and before I pumped but after Jelqing I had terrible bruising and red spots each session before the pump. I think pumping only exasperated the issue. I also had that problem before and besides the turkey neck was the main reason I ditched them. I know people swear by them but the fact remains that everyone is different and we all gain or don’t gain differently as well.
I’ve been doing four to five on and two off depending on what my EQ is like. My wife knows about PE but I mainly like to do it while she is at work so I have full concentration and can spend our days off together. I’m trying to make every session count and not go through the motions.
As I write this I’ve consistently been doing this almost a month! I’ll do a follow up post below with exactly what I’ve done and when as well as why. I’m determined to focus and put in the work to gain as much as I’m able. I’ve always known PE would be a life long thing for me anyway so I’m in no rush this time( well that’s kinda a lie)!
