I agree but that said, it’s a little frustrating because I really feel that I have my process down and I only need about 10 hours a week. It baffles me that so little of my time is my own.

I am always fighting to maintain some space of my own. Having a family, wife, young children, work, extended family, all beautiful things and I am grateful for them, but left to its own I would have no time or privacy at all. So it is on me to create my space.

Sorry for asking, since I’m sure it’s already in your thread somewhere, but what is the extender you are using and what are you using to hold the gland? Are you currently wrapping with anything, such as foam pad, etc..?

Just a basic extender that I bought off ebay with a hybrid cradle, I think it was $21.99. I just use a noose, no wrap, no padding, it took a while to get used to it. I did find a supplier for the noose on Ebay and replace it every 6 weeks or so once it loses it’s elasticity. I also bought a second extender for replacement parts when one of the tension arms broke. I use velcro through the strap slots to secure the noose so it won’t slip.
If I had to do it again I would go with X4 labs with the wide girth attachment, the base girth is still workable but becoming a challenge. I went cheap because I had suspicions about this working. I haven’t upgraded, because I’m getting along pretty well with what I have.

Hopefully the silicone tube helps provide some protection for you. The x4 comes with a very low density 0.25” urethane foam tube. They over charge for it, but it works great for me. I have tried other foam options, but nothing seems to be as good as that dam over priced foam pad.
