Second session

42% max tension @ 57 minutes

So that’s ~ 2 hour long sessions on the day split morning and evening, I want to see that that duration means for the next day in terms of tension and duration tolerance. At some point I want to also try the experiment where 2 hour long session are done in the a.m. allowing for a longer interval till the next day and see what that means for recovery.

Somehow grabbed a second session.

So still hell bent on getting to my initial goal of consolidating this last 1/8 addition and adding an additional 1/8 and consolidating that. So I’ll continue to push till then which who knows might take 4-5 months, always takes longer than you figure. But I have formed some conclusions regarding my posture past that.

1. I will continue past that and I would like to add 1” to the extender, mostly for esthetics, to get the baseline to where it is when EQ is robust presently. At this point it’s not for function it’s just for me.
2. I am not willing to make as robust an effort as I have been, I want to tuck PE/extender use to the time that I am on the computer anyways so that it does not take away from my time otherwise.
a. Because my in use size is already satisfactory/impressive to me.
b. I believe that it takes quite a bit of time to consolidate/cement the progress made in any event.
c. Saturday nights is usually date night and when there is no PE performed on that day the EQ skyrockets and so I’d like to take that day as an off day.
d. From this point forward it will be a very long process as the progress has slowed, so there’s just no reason to be pushing that hard all the time.
e. PE should be continued as a function of health, but those requirements are not as high.

Pressed for time so just got a short session in. Woke up to raging wood the likes of which I can’t remember and it did not readily subside. Felt like it was going to explode. Don’t think it gets better in terms of erectile quality, inclined to view that as a positive sign?

For some reason the first session didn’t go as well as planned, maybe the way I attached things. But then on the second session that was a new milestone so I guess that evens it out.
I struggled with attachment soreness for days after I did three hour long sessions, so I’m going to keep it at 2 sessions three times a week and then a single session on the other days, with Saturdays off for date night. I’ll revisit the schedule after a few weeks and may try three session days again at that time.

Yesterday’s second session:

57% max tension @ 31.5 mintues

Today

100%+ max tension @ 44 minutes

Today I got to a couple twists past max tension by 17.5 minutes into the session versus the usual 20 minutes. This upping the rate of tension increase gives me an idea of where I’m at in terms of increasing the extender length. We’re getting close, we’ll see in 2.5-3 weeks where we’re at. I’m anxious to get there but I’m not going to rush it.

One more 1/8” increase in extender length and consolidating that gets me to my initial goal. I’ve been able to stay very focused on that.
