Your adventures with the extender are inspiring. I wish that I was as methodical as you were when I was using my extender 9 years ago. There is so much more that I likely could have done with more patience. You and Little Engine make me very happy because you are the extender adherents that this site needs.
I’m going to start telling people who message me about extender questions to bother you. The Insight that you both have exceed my own as far as extenders are concerned at this point.
The fact that both of you have extremely different methods that are showing progress only gives more variety in the levels of insight that you both offer. I find it to be very incidental and beneficial to so many who are looking at the traction method.
My hat is off to you both.

It’s exciting on multiple levels. One for the progress itself, but also because it’s a clear indication that progress is ongoing. Also it seems that the rate of extender length increases is holding steady at ~ 1/8” per 3 months.
We’ll see now on the next increase. The 18th marks 3 months since the last extender length increase so I’m inclined to target that, I just need to be disciplined here in the next week and if so I may be able to execute on this. Not going to rush it though if it takes an extra week or 2 that’s fine.
And just to mark it here, the short term goal remains is to add another 1/8” to the extender consolidate that length. At that point we’ll take a measurement, see where we are at and then make an assessment on the long term goal. 3-4 months out and we got some long term planning.
A lot of discipline. Respect to those who’ve come before and led the way.
