No I didn’t but I have it in my mind I got to go back and find exactly what you suggested. But for today I didn’t because the first session of the day is rarely an issue unless I screw up the attachment, or unless I do lots of volume and a late session the day before and not get enough sleep. Because after a good sleep the glans is usually well recovered and the tissues are robust enough so that small loss of noose elasticity doesn’t do anything.

If you’re using a typical noose setup, one of the ways the noose fails is it will get thinner and fail to get friction in the channels on the bottom of the cradle.

You can apply baby powder and a bit of paper towel. That, it gets the noose in the channel tighter even if they are worn. Take the piece of paper towel around the noose, apply baby powder to all surfaces to keep the movement minimal.

Very happy that the duration at max tension has been creeping up. So although I think we’ve lost a little ground to where we were earlier in the month, we’re remaining in striking distance. At the beginning of the year I will have some privacy so I can make a robust effort so just keeping it close till then is promising.

I’ve been able to establish that I require a period of solitude to start my day, but am finding that it is subject to attrition as the time goes on. LOL: Adapt and overcome!

Afternoon:
Low tension @ 64 minutes

I had wound up sticking with the old noose and getting a little more time out of it but this morning was a no go and I really lost the morning effort as a result. But it’s always good to get back on that horse as was the case with the afternoon session with the new noose.

And that was the last of the old nooses the rest are slightly larger in diameter and don’t work with the old cradle but I have a newer replacement cradle and that seems to work so I’ll have to transition over to that when this noose is done. we’ll see how that goes. Definitely lost momentum over the holidays but back to the drill, favoring duration over tension and slowly bringing up the tension.

This year I made a strong effort through the holidays to keep the exercise going full throttle and took a weight this morning and only gained around 3 and a half pounds so that’s not too bad should come off right away. Just got to keep the momentum going as we pull back from the indulgences. Still have in mind the effort to reduce the fat pad but not so much anymore to enhance NBPEL so much as for the esthetic. I really don’t like how that looks and tightening that up even just a little, will look much better.

However you turn it having a fatpad is a female attribute it looks like a pussy around the penis. Not favorable!
