I had wound up sticking with the old noose and getting a little more time out of it but this morning was a no go and I really lost the morning effort as a result. But it’s always good to get back on that horse as was the case with the afternoon session with the new noose.
And that was the last of the old nooses the rest are slightly larger in diameter and don’t work with the old cradle but I have a newer replacement cradle and that seems to work so I’ll have to transition over to that when this noose is done. we’ll see how that goes. Definitely lost momentum over the holidays but back to the drill, favoring duration over tension and slowly bringing up the tension.
This year I made a strong effort through the holidays to keep the exercise going full throttle and took a weight this morning and only gained around 3 and a half pounds so that’s not too bad should come off right away. Just got to keep the momentum going as we pull back from the indulgences. Still have in mind the effort to reduce the fat pad but not so much anymore to enhance NBPEL so much as for the esthetic. I really don’t like how that looks and tightening that up even just a little, will look much better.
