Could have gone longer but want to be tempered so as to maximize the total effort.

I could certainly add length to the extender at this point but my feeling is to gain forward position in the cradle, so no hurry at the moment.

I’m experimenting with a kind of weekly edging idea, to assist in glans recovery/condition. It’s complicated though, because I sense that I vary in my sex compared to the norm. Love the edging idea Buck! I’ve been thinking for a longtime that the benefit of edging hits maybe 90% of its value within the first few minutes after hitting full EQ. Another milestone!!! Progress is choppy for sure, but the trend towards an increase in the incidence of higher highs is undeniable. That said this cycle is going to take an extra month because of the inconsistency, but that’s okay, as long as we’re making progress.

Distracted with other interests, turning this into a bit of a roller coaster. I’ll see about upping the focus with the late evening session. Bottom line progress has been forthcoming for me when I average 75 minutes a day and for the last 6 weeks I’m at 47 minutes. So it’s kind of sputtering here. When I incorporate the late night session the progress is forthcoming and then I seem to fall off every time I get it going. Competing interests and lack of discipline.
