Once again I decided that an extra hour of sleep was more important. Not everything but many things are going well, I’ve lost a bunch of body fat, fat pad reduction is unreal, it is a fantastic effect for the whole package to gain prominence by not being obscured by the fat pad. Still have a bit to go but the disgusting look is gone. Also I would say that getting to a point that the abs are displayed is probably the most attractive thing a man can do for his body. So I would suggest that one should make that a primary.

So for the second session I noticed how well forward in the cradle the glans was set and so didn’t push the tension.

I feel that I pretty much wasted the last month or at the very least the last 2.5 weeks. Based on today’s session I would say that I’ve done enough not to lose ground but it seems that every time I gained momentum my effort fell off.

Not sure what to say about it, competing interests, variance in discipline, it is what it is.

Changed Noose

Second session:

The glans condition IMO was not robust enough to go for a second session with the increased tension of the new noose, so I decided to shut it down and allow for recovery of the glans tissues. It has been an extremely challenging time for me in the last month or so as far as time goes and I have elected to favor sleep over PE and so. I don’t mean to lament this but at the beginning of the month I was at a point where I only needed 10 days to consolidate and add length to the extender and I just completely fell off. So that’s what’s tough, but it’s compounded by the reality that I have no expectation of materially changing my circumstances.

There are other things that are going well though. I am continuing to get my workouts in and following a meal plan and the fat pad reduction continues and I can not stress what a tremendous improvement that makes not only to the display of your physique but to your package. Just trust me, it’s unbelievable, just fucking do it.
