Reviewing the log it looks like a tug back response. That said I’m back at work and my sleep schedule has been out of whack and maybe that was affecting recovery. Anyway decided to back off the tension to favor duration, but I did not get the attachment right and was lucky to get the 30 minutes.

The other thing is that being back at work I’m getting the second session late in the day and the tissues at the point of attachment are not sufficiently recovered for the morning session. What I’m thinking to do is on the work days to limit the session duration for the second session to 30 minutes and see how that goes and on my off days I’ll go for full duration for the second session late morning which should allow for recovery by the next day. Anyway that’s the plan for now. Otherwise I’d have to do away with the second session completely on the work days and go back to targeting 10 hours a week, which is tough because the execution on duration has to be perfect to get sufficient volume.

Ok that went great, made sure to get a sufficient attachment, got the session in early so we’ll see how recovery is by tomorrow. It’s crazy how I’m still tweaking things out. I thought thoughtfulgold’s recent post really resonated with with, because I’ve felt similar things.
