I think that is a posture that today more than ever women are hungry for because they’re just not coming across it.

The second thing i would say is do not underestimate how important being lean is in terms of attraction. In today’s case she could not see my body as I was wearing a hoodie, mostly just my face but I’m so cut now that you can see it in my face. So not only is a lean body attractive, but also what it does to your face is a big deal.

I’m an old guy and I’m getting pulled by comparatively young girls, the girl today was fucking beautiful.

This year there’s just been a spike in this happening and really the only thing that happened is, I got cut.

So don’t brush it off, it makes a big difference.

I’m glad for you Buckfever. Attention is a good thing and I can relate to how much a lean body attracts women. 2 years ago I started training 2h a day and eating only good clean food for 6 month. I was in decent shape when I started but not good. I vent from 87 to 79 kg and was cut with a very visibly six pack. In the same time I got single after a very long relationship. When I started onlindating I had no problem getting dates. In fact I could date new women almost every day if I wanted. I’m I nice guy, decent looking and self confident but I think my lean body really was the thing that made the difference. Not many 50 year old men are in really good shape and I dated a lot of women between 38-42 and once even a 26 year old girl. But a great body whit a bad attitude won’t get you anywhere with women.

Recently I did some 70 minute sessions, but mentally giving an hour to a session feels more tenable. There is a definite level of satisfaction to getting an hour long session, but really little additional satisfaction from going beyond that. I continue to tweak the effort tucking it into the overall goals that I have for myself. The hour long daily sessions have become the staple of effort that sits well with me, especially when there is little opportunity to do more.

Do you experience any fatigue after an hour?
At this point since I’m mostly just doing daily sessions, I only feel fatigue the first few times I get 60-70 minutes with a higher tension. After that when consolidating not so much, it’s very mild.

Do you use heat during sessions?

Here with the temps dropping and through the winter I have a little space heater I use. I did order a USB powered heating pad but it hasn’t arrived yet.
