Wanted to give 20 minutes a try but lost track of time.

Definitely need to alternate hands, gets tiring.

Try not to flex too much the muscles of your hand to stretch. Instead push forward with your hand in the stretch direction and hold it there. Pushing and holding, not pulling if it makes sense. This way you don’t squeeze the glans also. You can make this more convenient by placing the free hand over the grip for support.

In most cases the reason why hands get tired fast is because the grip isn’t good, so you apply more strength to keep the stretch. If the grip is efficient with no slippage, then the fatigue is less. That’s why i don’t like the traditional OK grip, because the glans slipping all the time. The glans while flaccid are smaller, so we need a grip with less space to prevent slippage and that’s the V grip. Toilet paper on the glans is a good idea.

Attachment discomfort at both the glans and base ended the session early otherwise proceeding fine. Need more conditioning and it’s going to be choppy here the next few weeks, just trying to hold on to a baseline to catapult off when the time allows early next year. My head is really focused on consolidating this last 1/8” addition to the extender and after the decon, I seem to make good progress when I put in the time. Just got to hold steady here.

Really surprised we got this right off, haven’t been in the extender since the 22nd. Thinking the next 2 months there will be more time to put in a stronger effort.
