Just a follow up. Last night I had the time so I tested the manual stretching out to 42 minutes. The post session edging response was not as immediate or vigorous. Could be I was tired but I’m inclined to think that was a bit too long on a single session. But who is to say that an EQ reduction isn’t necessary for progress?

Since I’ve started back up here i have to say its going well. Sorting out the addition of the manual stretching, which is a much more efficient use of time as this can be tucked in more readily. I should have a good idea about this in about 6 weeks.
