I have used a space heater before I am not using one presently. Actually thought that it was warming up the extender noose and so I stopped using it Because it seems to be affecting how secure it was holding the glans. I did try a USB heat pad But I was concerned about it so I decided against it I didn’t feel like I could control the heat delivery adequately. And I got real good results without it so. Also I have to say I’m not nearly as ambitious and so I’m not willing to do nearest much in my estimation.
That said With the extender I would say that the Hope this gives you something hope this gives you something majority of the times I am coming out of a hot shower. I think it’s more relaxed for sure but also I think being clean provides a better attachment, same with manual stretching if your hands are freshly washed.
And as far as warming up I start with a lower tension in the extender After 2 1/2 minutes I usually put the extender to the down position and I increase the tension every 2 1/2 to 5 minutes after that till I get to where I want to be.
Similarly with manual stretching I find that I start with a lighter tension and then the tissues slowly seem to relax into the stretch and then I’m applying a good force after a while.
As far as the heat I think it’s something to keep in mind that the guys that are using the ultrasonic heat are delivering it deep into the tissues I’m not convinced that the surface type of heat is really that much of an aid and it certainly isn’t going to do anything like an ultrasonic delivery.
