From a time spent standpoint this is just working out. I got 40 minutes with the extender and 3X24 minute sessions of manual stretching just tucked in during what would have been down time anyway. Hopefully it’s effective.

67% @ 60 minutes

Max session tension was achieved @ 7.5 minutes.

New milestone at this extender length, so finally I am back on it in terms of progress. Clearly I lost November and December from a progress standpoint due to inactivity so it’s good to get it going again and also some preliminary indication that the extender - manual stretching combo is effective.

Also evidence that additional gains are available as when discipline is applied, results are forthcoming. I remain vigilant that diminishing returns will occur at some point and I’ll then shift to consolidation. We’re not there yet.

There was a lot of tension in the system though so we have a good bit of work to do here. Finished well forward in the cradle.

Awesome to hear buckfever, keep up the great work and you will get there.
A few of the advanced guys are combining manual stretching, extender or vacuum stretching with pumping which seems to be seeing positive results.

Not easy but we got it in.We were making good progress but then the effort fell off. One of the most frustrating things about this is not the endeavor itself but that it has made me acutely aware of how little time I have for myself. I think I’m going to add that to my list of goals is to look at my life and seek to free up as much time as I can.

I’m not going to allow myself to get frustrated with this, I’m just going to lower my expectations regarding the rate of progress. I’m going to give myself a good 6 weeks at this tension level and then another 2 months at 100% max tension. It’s going to be a dismal rate of progress but until I free up more time, I’m just going to have to accept it.

Still that would amount to 3/8” addition to the extender length/year and in 2 years that would still exceed my goals within the timeline.

Slow and steady wins the race.
