Second session:

14 minutes manual stretching.

Set the timer for 14 minutes and change hands every minute. I rest my free fingers at the end of the chair to make it easier to hold. Just trying to do a little bit of a second session without additional stress on the glans. From what I’ve read 20 minutes would be better but 14 is smooth. I may up it later but I’d rather for now just get something of a second session.

12.5 minutes in it seemed pretty clear that greater tension could be handled and so we upped it. After the decon I had some concern that I might have to backtrack on extender length, but it’s pretty clear that is not the case. I would say don’t be afraid of the decon.

Once again EQ is greatly enhanced when PE is skipped that day. If intimacy is likely that day I’d skip the PE, just my opinion, not only to enhance the experience, but I suspect that periodic robust EQ has a positive effect, if not physiologic then attitudinal for sure. I suspect both.

Really like the addition of the manual stretching for a second session, seems to compliment the extender use.
