61.5 minutes @ low tension

A couple of things, the conditioning already improved and so we got the duration up. Probably could have upped the tension a bit but exerting some discipline here to do the duration solid first.

Secondly given changed circumstances in terms of privacy I have incorporated the manual stretching in the evening and the evidence from this supports that it is an effective adjunct to the extender as I have been able to maintain the extender length and quickly ramp up the duration when it was only a small effort being made solely with the manual stretching.

It is my intention to continue to incorporate the manual stretching. Anecdotally I think that in fact the combination might be more efficient as the manual stretching seems to be more forgiving to the glans.

Last 3 months I have been mostly inconsistent but thinking we get rolling here soon.

Still focused on the short run 1/8” at a time, but I’m thinking 2 years.

This. The key element for using high loads I believe for couple of others also. You are doing fine with your newly adopted approach and with the goal as well.

gentlepsychopath’s suggestion to kind of push out and not rely on grip strength has made it much easier, hand fatigue is not so much an issue. I get in a position where the arm is locked out and am using the base of the chair as a rest.
