Only one negative observation with the manual stretching is that it is so convenient that it is taking away from the extender commitment and unfortunately diminishing the much needed attachment point conditioning. I’m going to need to consider getting in some additional extending sessions, if for no other reason but to maintain sufficient conditioning.
