Low tension @ 40 minutes

I have been getting a few short sessions sporadically but it’s been ~ 70 minutes total in the previous 12 days so about as prolonged a decon since starting. I am sure that I have lost a little ground but no worries other things are more important now.

A couple of noreworthy observations. EQ has come roaring back as has sensitivity. Also the speed which full EQ is achieved is remarkable. So these items proved to be temporary manifestations of extending that do reverse.

I do plan on making additional runs at this, starting at the tail end of the year into next year and then again the following year.

Discontinued due to attachment discomfort due to a lack of conditioning, could of kept going, good session.

I like the idea of manual stretching in the evening for a short second session as it puts less stress on the glans so the glans is seemingly more robust for the morning session as it has more time to recover from the previous day. I need to test this further.

Ran out of time, good session.

Slowly getting back into the routine but at this point in time do not possess the vigor with which undertook this endeavor. I have to day though that today’s session the stretch felt very satisfying in that in a very short amount of time here it felt as if there has been an accommodation. The stretch felt good as the tissues seemed to relax into the stretch.

At this point I’m just going to work this in as seamlessly as possible and see how it goes. Just thinking about consolidating this last 1/8” addition to the extender in the next 4 months and that would be perfectly fine.
