Tweaked the weights from yesterday slightly so that I would be a little closer to the minimum estimates from Kyrpa’s load calculator. This is most weight I have ever hung from this vacuum cap so still not a lot of confidence with how my head could to react. This is definitely the longest that my penis has ever been stretched and measured. Going to keep on chugging along, not comfortable enough to load up cold at the end yet.

Taped up more today, seemed to help. Not sure if the measurement was technically longer than yesterday but everything else felt pretty good. I know that I’m not easily pulling past 18 cm, that is for sure. Going to give it few more days and keep an eye on the numbers. I’m a little confused. If I went back to 10/18, my cumulative strain is 9.8%. Is that technically the beginning of the cycle even though I had a period of over 2 weeks off in the middle?

Focus more on pre workout BPFSL and monitor workout strain rates just to record a change is occuring.

I would personally take a month off, then delve again at elongation.

Ramped up the weight ever so slightly at the end just to see what would happen. Even if taking my pre-stretch measurements, I’d be seeing 7.3% cumulative strain since 10/18. That’s pretty close to what would be predicted over a cycle. If I don’t see any actual growth over deconditioning, maybe I never will. Going to give it one more day. If no changes, will go for that decon. I appreciate the advice, it’s kind of tempting to keep hammering away since things are going pretty smoothly now.

Been on a decon here and everything has been looking and feeling good, measuring once in awhile and still seeing BPFSL of ~17.5 cm without any PE. Threw in a session to see if elasticity has increased at all. Forgot to tape up under the glans cap. Debating another 3 sessions before traveling out of town next week for 5 days. That would put my decon at basically three weeks and this would likely bleed into four with holiday plans starting shortly afterwards.

Added an ace wrap for additional insulation around my heating pad. Skin started to burn about 50 minutes in. Makes me wonder if heat would normally be still building at this time, and maybe the session needs to be a little longer to get the full benefits of the heat. Felt like a hell of a stretch today but measured same as yesterday. For me, 0.5 cm (2.8% session strain), seems like a sweet spot. Feel like I could stretch the tissue slightly more during a session but would this lead to faster overall growth or just my tissue toughening to deal with the extra load? Think I will error towards additional time under tension before increasing the load. Have plenty of time to waste here if necessary.

Forced decon over the last week due to a trip. I feel like the weight is too low but going to stick with it until the new year with likely another break over Christmas coming. Things were definitely a little tighter today, and I felt some ligament stretching. Flaccid looked great on vacation. If that ended up being permanent, would probably be good enough for me.

Annoying day. Lost my go to glans cap when my brother came into town last week. Have been trying to make one that came with the ADS work and it sucks. Stopped due to a bathroom break and then slipped out while trying to push things. Cut a new one from my last toe sleeve but it was too short. Head came out looking stressed. First cut of my total man sleeve might be done here unless it can be cleaned up to be made more tacky.

In other news, slept great last night and longest I’ve every measured today. Re-thinking this. Stress component seems fine but my rest components are probably a little too sloppy health wise. I think you really have to eat, sleep well, exercise, and avoid alcohol to see growth. Really surprised the numbers keep creeping up since I’ve only done ~5 hours of hanging in December and ~8 hours in November.

Little graph of the data so far. Big jump up quickly while switching to vacuum hanging but this may also be from the previous deconditioning. Needle isn’t moving much now despite the strain % per workout still looking pretty good. Extended deconditioning imminent. If I take a month now, it’s going to end up being 5-6 weeks minimum due to upcoming work commitments. Maybe it’s just not enough PE and a solid 5-7 days of stretching in a row would instigate a little BPFSL change. Going to think about it since I will have no choice but to decon in mid to late January regardless.

Well, struggling to keep this thing attached to my dick but the needle is moving. Fuck it, going to get up early to get in one more session before heading off to my family’s house for Christmas. I’ve been looking at some of 5^5’s logs and he is growing even when his daily strain components are pretty low. I’m not quite seeing the same phenomena and have been using my heating pad (Thermedic 4x7”) through the supplied 2 AMP power source with heat only getting uncomfortable at times in the last 10-15 minutes. That Total Man email today was well timed. Tempted to pick up the better hanging cup with the free sleeve. Still on the first cut of my sleeve but it is either crapping or it’s an issue with this crappy glans cap. Not sure I can get to 7-8 lbs with this setup.

Well what the hell? Merry Christmas to me I guess, snuck past the previous plateau. I want to keep going so bad here but it’s off for Christmas. Ordered some additional Total Man gear (sleeve and cup) which should be here around the New Year. It’s crazy how I was banging my head against 17.5 cm for weeks and now it just went up with basically the same tension component.
