A little extra time under tension ramping up to the same heated weight (64 oz). Cool down weight up to 25% of heated phase. Upping protein and vegetables.

Keep up those steady gains brother. Seems you are having great increments gains this way.

Dropped the cool down set back to to be closer to 20%. Thanks for the encouragement. Feels like I’m just spinning my wheels here sometimes.

Cut short due to slipping, re-attached and went to the cool down. Air pumped yesterday after my hanging session, 3X10 min at 3-4 hg. Achieved 16.5 cm which is possibly the longest I’ve observed in the tube. Oddly, felt a stretch in the ligs near the pubic bone today while hanging. I don’t think I’ve tapped my ligs much this time around.

Pre-measurements not moving much here. Going to have to the take the next two weeks off regardless. Still seeing a reasonable amount of strain per session and it feels like a decent stretch but nothing sticking around.

It’s been awhile. Took a break for deconditioning and decided to just take the summer off. Wasn’t sure how much I could hang here without having problems so ramped up from a pound pretty quickly. Felt pretty good. Not sure what the plan of attack will be here going forward.
