Screwed up the weight progression here somehow. First time with the Total Man hanger cup, felt pretty good but noticed it slipping so I cut the session short. Took some cialis before the new year’s weekend, measured yesterday at NBPEL 15.3 cm (~6”), EG 12.7 cm (5”), BPEL ~16.3 cm (~6.4”). Longest I’ve ever been in my life without a doubt. Threw in a quick pumping session yesterday as well and was seeing about 6.5” in the tube after 5X10 min @ 2-3 hg. I’ve put on maybe 5 lbs since the last measurement but not sure why my BPEL is outrunning my NBP by quite as much. I better lose a few pounds here regardless.

Managed to get COVID over New Years so decided to continue the decon while feeling like shit. I have a start date at work now and about 2 more weeks that I can put into this before having to take a break. Going to shoot for another 9-10 sessions and see where that brings me here. Total man vacuum hanger is nice but I can’t seem to make this work quite as comfortably as my old setup. Going to go back to what was working before.

Nothing exciting. Went back to my old vac hanging cup which still seems more comfortable. Not changing the total weight but gradually increasing the time under tension.

Nice gains!

Keep up the good work. You are still new at this and you use low weights so I guess there is more gains to be made.

Decent stretch, a little slippage around 30 minutes but not a big deal to re-adjust. Head was a little stressed despite the tape.

Seeing about the same deformation each time with nothing really sustained between sessions. I’ll be out of town next week so am considering hanging the next two days instead of taking the weekend off.

Took the time off for a real decon and was busy traveling and working. Hoping to get in 7 sessions before heading back to work. Felt rusty, cup slipped off about 30 minutes in (glans cap slipped) so went a little lighter than planned. Pulled almost the same pre-stretch length as before the rest, happy with that. I’m going to likely need to increase the weight and figure out how to keep this attached better. Back on it.

Getting the hang of this again. Forgot to get a pre-measurement and then accidentally added the 8 oz weight instead of the 12 oz for the 30 minute set. Heat was better, too hot 50 minutes in, similar to before. Plan is to keep the working set at 64 oz (4 lbs), then reduce the warm up sets by 5 minutes each before increasing the weight by 8 oz and starting over again.

Seeing the same thing here. Decent stretch but nothing holding on the pre-measurements. The weight seems tolerable so just going to keep pounding away.

Changing it up slightly, looked at my old data and decided to run the heating portion out to 60 minutes and then cool off. Pain the other day was the heating pad and not the weight (didn’t know at the time) so going to extend the whole process to 70 minutes like in the past. Strain has been from 2.25 - 3.9% which is higher than with the lighter weights and should be more than enough. Going to stop orgasming, up my protein, and add in some more vegetables.

Pre-measurements going nowhere yet and everything feels pretty tight at the start. Added a little extra to the cooldown to bump that up to ~15%. This was about as good as it gets with respect to attachment, no slippage, didn’t even bother pumping more with the cup. Going to give it one more go tomorrow and then no choice but 16 days off. Maybe my health isn’t quite on point but the strain was plenty during the last week with the extra weight.
