I picked up PE again at the end of summer after about a 10 years hiatus. I had some initial ligament gains in 2006 from manual exercises and then dabbled with a Bathmate Hercules and extending around 2010. After dusting off the Hercules, I realized it was way too uncomfortable and grabbed an air pump with gauge, cheap vacuum ADS, and Leluv Extender (added some springs / washers for more control over tension). Currently, I’m extending one hour a day (30 min heat / 30 min cool down), wearing an ADS for 2-4 hrs afterwards, and pumping twice a week for fun. The goal at the moment is achieving some additional length. With the extender I use a fixed tension (currently ~2.5 lbs) and keep adjusting back up to that value as my dick gradually stretches during the session. It seems to be working pretty well, and the heat appears to be making a big difference. I’m not seeing any erect gains at this point but imagine they will be on the horizon if my FSL keeps going up.

I think my dick was telling me that yesterday was a little too much as my urethra was feeling sore later in the day, and there was some definite turtling going on. I also did three sets of 7 min pumping (~-3 hg) last evening which felt pretty good. Today, just 30 min with heat in the extender and then, instead of taking it off at 30 min and re-applying for a second set, just did another 20 minutes of cool down. I don’t like the way my head looks in the extender after being depleted of blood flow this long so I need to find a different way to apply a noose to the head or think about getting a higher quality vacuum cap designed for extension / hanging. Currently, I have a few inexpensive vacuum cup heads and the silicone sleeve from Total Man. It’s ok but I tried hanging with it up to 2.5 lbs and it was just too much pressure on my head (applied tape and glans cap).

Hoping my infrared pad arrives soon as the rice sock is maxed out and can’t get my dick any warmer without burning the skin. I believe this is a pretty severe limiting factor.

Routine:
40 min extender (~2.5 lbs tension) - with heat
20 min extender (~2.5 lbs tension) - cool down - device left in place for one hour
3 hours vacuum ADS following extension

Notes:
Pumped for two 7 minute sessions last night with heat to (~3 hg). Urethra started hurting a little so I stopped short of the planned 3-4 sets. Was aching by the time I went to sleep, must have overdid it yesterday. My dick just can’t seems to take much more at this point. Measuring these stretched millimeters seems a little subjective, not sure I will believe the values until ~17.5 mm. Slept well and had minor morning wood but think I’m close to overdoing it. May stick with the ADS over the weekend. Took a bit of Cialis to get some theoretical max erect length and girth measurements to add to my profile. I’m pretty happy with things so far even though no evidence of erect gains over the last 2 months. My flaccid typically seems to be near where it would be with Cialis in the past.

You may read up on the topic with the heatpad. There are some guys here who really go full throttle. My recommendation: 5.5Squared Log. Especially the current routine of 5.5 looks good.

You should be sure that you reach therapeutic temperatures (beyond 39 °C).

With your routine, I think the weight buildup at the beginning is missing. You may shorten the cool down to 10 min. After that I would not continue with an ADS, because according to today’s knowledge it is counterproductive to use an ADS after such a routine. The tissue already has enough to bear with it.

I had seen 5.5’s log at some point but couldn’t find it again and used that as inspiration for using more heat and trying to track measurements after each session. You are correct, I am applying a fixed load to my member. As it stretches throughout the session, I have to keep increasing the extender (every ~10 min) to maintain that load. For a more precise ramping up process, weights/hanging are probably necessary instead of the more qualitative measurements from the spring compression. I will look into the above threads in more detail.

Took the weekend off and got some measurements:

I didn’t measure at the beginning of starting some exercises in early August but so far I cannot claim any erect gains. Now I should be able to see if anything changes and have another 7 weeks to really make something happen before having to return to work. My dick (urethra) is still pretty sore even with it being 48 hrs since doing any PE. I need to be careful this next week. My infrared heating pad showed up yesterday, hoping it is more efficient than constantly heating and cooling the rice sock.

Notes:
First day with the infrared heating pad, definitely easier to use than the rice sock, not sure if the internal temps are reaching what the pad is quoting in the manual. My urethra was sore all weekend so I took it a little bit easier today. I think the cool down might be causing some pain since I’m normalizing back to 2.5 lbs every 10-15 minutes with heat. As a result, the extender is applying >2.5 lbs tension at the end as the dick tries to retract. Starting to doubt that this is a precise enough way to continue long term but for now it seems to be working. If I get a BPFSL pull to 17.5 cm, there will be no doubt in my mind that things have stretched out a bit regardless of any changes in measuring technique or heating.

The measurements are playing tricks on my mind now and, I’m not sure if I’m conducting them exactly the same each time. I also take measurements throughout the stretch while my penis is in the extender as it gives me a consistent surface to measure from. These measurements have been consistently from 15.0-15.7 cm and are not increasing during each session. How am I stretching my overall BPFSL longer each time despite not reaching longer stretches in the extender? I don’t really see how this would be possible. My dick is definitely still getting a little sore from this routine though. Going to knock out one more day and then take two off.

Not seeing much stretch today and my dick is getting pretty sore from this routine each evening. Going to take a few days off and go back to the drawing board to troubleshoot using my cheap vacuum ADS cap for hanging. Last time I tried, 2.5 lbs was used for about 15 minutes and it felt like a lot of pressure on my head despite taping and a silicone glans cap. I can’t wear the extender for more than an hour straight right now and have to remove the heating pad temporarily every 10 minutes to adjust the tension. EQ is down some and my flaccid doesn’t look nearly as good without the ADS wear. Maybe that’s what it takes to grow. Turtling, reminds me of the old manual routines. This really shouldn’t be that much stress.

Said I wouldn’t go today but I slept well, and my dick felt good this morning. Cold pulled to 17.0 cm, gave the warmup a little extra time and had a great attachment to the extender. I see that my IR pad is supposed to max out at 38C so added extra rice sock heat on top of that about 10 minutes into the stretch. Everything looked at felt good the entire session. Feels like I’m hitting a hard cord at 17.3 cm today with no elasticity past the stretch there. Going to give it a rest until Monday. Maybe come back with some more tension and see if I can get anything next week.

11-1/11-4
-ADS 1 hour heat/10 min cool down (2X a day)

Maybe this was a wasted week but I took a break from the noose extender routine and experimented with using my vacuum ADS with some heat. With my heating pad, much more heat can be applied using the vacuum setup compared to the extender (or at least it feels like more since the pad overlaps more). Wanted to see if I could develop some additional stretch with the light tension of the ADS and greater heat but it doesn’t look like it.

Pulling cold just over 17.0 cm before and after the stretch. Due to other commitments, I won’t be able to resume the extender routine for another 4-5 days so it will be cold ADS work at best over those days. EQ is better now with the break and good flaccid hang is back. I’m wondering if it has to go down temporarily with an effective length routine.

Pretty easy stretch today. Had some trouble with the noose slipping off. Was out of town for about two weeks prior and felt I had to get back into some kind of routine. Feels like no gains here but my flaccid stretch was better than I expected. Going to keep pushing on. Easy day or two and then try to push the tension a bit.

I was surprised that my measurements in the extender exceeded 16 cm for the first time (slightly different measurement than BPFSL). Seemed to stretch out easier with less resistance than before but my head popped out just prior to the cool down so needed to reapply. Expected to see more on the final stretch measurement but nothing giving. Set up my crappy ADS cap for rudimentary hanging and am going to try it with 1.25 lbs and the heat pad. Back to taping and the glans caps which I find kind of a pain.

Notes:
Cold pull was about the tightest I’ve seen my dick lately. Well this wasn’t too bad, definitely a different stretch than the extender, feeling it more in the ligaments. I realize that the loads are a little lower than recommended but I had tried some vacuum hanging a few months ago and found it pretty irritating despite taping and a glans cap. I have some fractional weights from lifting so should be able to ramp this up in 4oz increments. Had some pain around the 45 min mark but it was just the heating pad burning me.
