Hi, my positive PIs are usually stronger erections the following day and a bigger flaccid hang. How’s your progress?

I usually get better erections later I think. I’m not so sure about my flacid, it’s almost always the same. I’m doing the same routine and I’m following what you do too. I feel encouraged that you got some results, I really hope by the end of 2nd month I’ll have at least some gains.

You’ll get some gains, but don’t be discouraged if they don’t come until six months in or later. The first few months are more for conditioning you for advanced exercises.

Also, yes, I should be doing a 2 days on/1 day off routine, but I have recently had some big changes in my life that have given me little time to focus on my exercises. I should be able to resume this routine very shortly!
